To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

外賣酸辣湯水餃配豆漿，酸辣湯維持到水準少少辣，都算惹味。但唔知係咪物價水平高咗，水餃比以前少左，整體份量酸辣湯都冇以前咁多，但係味道尚算OK。兒童區來講食物質素算中等，間唔中食下都可以

Ordered for delivery while in hotel quarantine. Ordered yangchow fried rice (okay, taste is good but rice grains were soft not al dente), beef brisket (good), choisum (cooked just right with broth not too salty nor bland), tofu with century egg (with garlic chili sauce, very good), and chilled tofu with red sugar (good). Overall a satisfying meal.
