晚上6:30拎豬手，7點回家品嚐，但食脆脆豬皮時，脆豬皮下有種怪味，油饐味，一個食話有，全家食都話有。完全係一整層脆皮都有怪味，而肉的味道相對正常得多，但原本美味的脆皮實在吃不下，小朋友慶祝生日想食脆豬手，卻得到如此效果，實在叫人十分失望。一隻售價為$25x的主菜實在不應有如此品質，希望餐廳正視問題，向店舖反映品質問題，員工回應十分淡言。品質實在每況愈下⋯⋯何解一間本來好味、有品質的餐廳，現在卻⋯⋯令人失望 continue reading

- 叫咗西冷三成熟，上餐時切開見到已經係六七成熟，同年輕侍應講太熟想換。過一陣另一位較年長侍應攞返碟牛扒嚟，講「雖然係無血水但你睇入面都唔係熟晒」，仲要攞電話出嚟開燈照塊牛扒叫我哋睇。我哋話真係太熟，平時叫三成唔係熟到咁，佢即刻話「我都有食開牛扒嘅我夠知係點啦」，言下之意唔洗我哋教佢點先係三成熟。「咁你睇吓係想我再煮過塊定取消個order啦！」，我哋就話要過另一塊。之後嘅牛扒就真係似返三成熟。我哋切開，三位侍應輪流行過甚至企正喺我哋枱邊望住我哋食。- 侍應上餐，牛扒咁大隻碟，佢就咁放喺我朋友隔離嘅枱角邊就算。- 張單落咗有6杯白酒，我哋4人都記得全晚係叫咗5杯。女侍應話「你哋係嗌咗6杯，有晒時間幾點幾點落架喎！」成晚成10杯飲品，咁當真係我哋4個人一齊記錯，但此餐廳員工態度係奇差，可一不可再。 continue reading

    男友生日話想食德國咸豬手，咁啱行完海之戀既donki，見到呢度原來有間德國餐廳，於是就一於黎呢度試吓啦😋呢度嘅德國鹹豬手都做得唔錯，外皮夠香脆，肉質嫩😋配菜既薯蓉勁好食，酸椰菜好開胃最驚喜係個甜品set，用木盤set 得好靚喔😍除咗靚之外重每一樣都好好食，麵包布甸做得好好🤤apple strudel 超好食👍🏻驚喜喔！呢個甜品set 份量真係幾大，兩個人食完三個main course再加呢個甜品拼盤真係飽到上心口大滿足吖☺️今次由於比較遲來，outside 位置一早已經full 哂，下次早一點來，想坐在出面望到海景的位置happy hour 飲下德國啤酒🍻爽～～ continue reading

    非常難得嘅德國美食，一直以來都希望喺荃灣食到一啲正宗嘅德國豬手同埋腸仔。結果終於搵到呢間餐廳。餐廳係7:00前有happy hour，兩個人叫一個tower慢慢飲吓酒吹吓水。而且閒日食客唔算多可以坐到10:00左右，如果天氣好嘅話更可以在室外位置坐。 continue reading
