要數韓式炸雞專門店,top 10嘅相信一定有李家份!我諗佢係好多年前頭幾間我幫襯嘅炸雞店,佢嘅炸雞香口得黎又juicy,抵佢咁多年都屹立不倒😏 今日同朋友黎幫襯佢地荃灣店,叫左我最愛嘅醬油炸雞。醬油味得有骨揀,啱哂我可以慢慢dap😂 醬油炸雞個皮唔會好大舊粉,佢係原舊雞入去炸,皮脆之餘又唔會漏,加上惹味醬油係超級配搭。除左炸雞,佢地其他韓式小菜同樣出色,我地仲叫左芝士辣雞炒年糕,上面舖嘅滿半溶芝士帶少少焦香味,下面係傳統韓式辣醬炒年糕,實係邪惡之選😈最後我地發現餐廳有個新menu,原來佢地出左刀削麵😮 一份只係$88但勁大碗勁多料。刀削麵質地口感就有少少似扁烏冬,配上韓式清湯都係唔錯嘅選擇👍 continue reading

得閒行過荃灣又諗起呢間炸雞,因為食完真係好難忘,味道正宗又大份,而且係香港首間由韓國人主理嘅韓式炸雞店。原味炸雞半隻$98 拼青辣椒蛋黃醬炸雞半隻$113我哋揀嘅雞全部都係無骨嘅,個原味都超正,啲雞新鮮熱辣辣即炸,炸粉唔會太厚,入口好鬆脆,咬開啲雞肉勁嫩滑,而無骨更加係啖啖肉。食完呢個再食青辣椒蛋黃醬炸雞,口感更加豐富。個醬汁真係超Juicy,食落鹹香、帶點酸酸地同微辣,入面仲有好多洋蔥絲,撈埋啲醬一齊食真係好好味😋,兩大盤嘅炸雞份量好多。上次食有骨炸雞勉強清晒。所以大家知道性價比幾高。海鮮炸醬麵$198呢碟嘢上枱真係嚇親😱,巨大碟,味道方面都唔錯,個醬汁係濃郁香甜嘅海鮮炸醬味,用料方面都好豐富,有蜆肉、蝦肉🍤、魷魚🦑、八爪魚🐙、洋蔥🧅、豬肉粒、薯仔🥔及青瓜🥒。個份量真係夠晒三至四個人食。最後食炸雞點少得凍飲🥤,點咗柑橘🍊汁同白桃汁🍑。 continue reading
