To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天，自己一個人吃午餐，於是到千色匯呢間南記粉麵。都有好多午市餐選擇，我叫了一個酸辣小窩米線，配菜有酸菜、魚片頭、辣腩肉、春卷、冬菇，我改了要幼麵，原來幼麵都幾好食，加配一杯凍奶茶，合共要$69 。其實一啲都唔抵食，不過配料份量算多，酸辣湯底質素亦中上，呢個價錢都算合理啦！

1.四寶紫菜河套餐配熱豆漿 $57大大碗，我最鍾意食嘅紫菜，配埋啲丸好爽皮皮。不過啲丸如果再大粒啲就仲爽yy。春卷一流，我真係好鍾意食佢哩間號春卷，超好食，食過番唔到轉頭，次次都叫😍。豆漿較淡。。。2.肥牛春捲小鍋套餐（蕃茄湯底）配熱豆漿 $62肥牛熟咗啲啲，不過可以接受。肥牛加春卷哩個配搭好爽皮皮，岩晒鍾意大大啖食嘢嘅我。。。豆漿較淡。。。如果肥牛再生番少少就正斗，不過蕃茄湯底勁好味，忍唔住飲咗大半碗😝

最近我跑到荃灣來,順道光顧了一家我很喜歡的食店「南記」。這家南記門外的廣告牌擺放著滿滿招牌食物,我這次就點了他們的「滋選套餐」。一坐下食物很快就上齊了,大碗上鋪著幾塊Q彈滋潤的「招牌辣豬肉」,邊上配了嫩脆的「招牌辣春卷」,再加上新鮮帶脆帶香的「魚片」和一撮散發濃郁香氣的「冬菇」,簡單大方又飽滿各式口味。最令我興奮的要算一杯熱騰騰的「豆漿」,滋潤而不膩,一飲而盡別提多美妙。雖只是一碗麵,但口味豐富又饕足,而且以不到百元就能飽足解渴,簡直是趕時間的最佳選擇。下次一定再去「南記」。

有日想食河粉，諗起好耐冇食南記所以叫左碗南記河粉食叫左春捲辣豬肉豬扒炸菜河套餐一個餐有好多材料，食完幾滿足炸豬扒好大塊，不過有2條骨春捲比想像中淋身，如果彈牙d就好辣豬肉比較結實，撈埋個湯食冇咁辣炸菜普通冇特別河粉煮得太淋，唔夠爽滑
