今晚嚟到開業近一年的Thai Grill 荃灣分店, 留意到晚晚都排長龍。後來才知道他有很多分店的。餐廳非一般的泰菜餐廳 ,除咗傳統泰式餸菜外 ,仲有很多燒海鮮, 仲有很多需要時間炮製的餸菜例如需時大概半小時的燒雞。餐廳唔算大間,但令人感覺很親民 ,店員無論落單上菜都好有效率,食物方面都好用心製作燒蠔和扇貝各兩隻這兩個燒海鮮最特別之處是個充滿泰式風味的汁底,用上泰式材料製作的汁底 小小酸帶微辣。兩款海鮮燒後都食得出鮮味,可想而知係新鮮食材。泰式燒雞半隻需時製作20分鐘的泰式燒雞非常值得, 外皮脆卜卜 ,內裏肉非常爽滑,半隻份量啱曬兩個人食。冬陰功配豬肉湯金邊粉小辣可以揀小或大辣今次保守的點了小辣, 冬陰功味道都好出, 微微的辣 ,如果想濃啲可以進取揀大辣。豬肉切得薄薄而份量不小,唔食豬也可以揀雞肉的。

約咗朋友黎荃灣食野,揀咗呢間喺荃灣廣場嘅泰國菜,7點黎到坐左一陣已經好full,都幾受歡迎。◾️蛋包虎蝦炒金邊粉 $128 金邊粉可以揀辣度,虎蝦就一隻開邊炸過,勁香,金邊粉份量超多。◾️炸蝦餅 $78 有成6件咗多,外層好酥脆,入面彈牙有蝦味,仲冇啲原粒蝦肉增加口感,幾好食😋◾️豬頸肉 $78一上枱本身以為會好乾,點知一食落去勁香炭燒味,唔乾,好惹味😋◾️凍泰式奶茶 $22呢度啲飲品價錢都幾抵,不過略嫌唔係好夠濃🙈

嚟開附近太耐冇食泰菜,專登過嚟試吓泰人主理泰菜。由於冇得訂枱,晚飯時間好多人等位。等左15mins左右入座,舖頭細細唔太多位,空間唔夠有D逼。豬肉+雞肉沙嗲串:肉腍唔乾,沙嗲醬香惹味好好食👍🏻肉碎生菜包:香辣惹味,肉碎炒得乾身唔會好油。雖然都幾辣,但會忍唔住繼續食😝軟殼蟹泰式炒飯:軟殼蟹同炒飯正體都係偏油,炒得唔夠乾身唔夠香,味道亦略淡。依個仲要係推介菜式,有d失望😞椰汁冰:椰味淡,似溝得水多有d稀唔夠椰味
