To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前幾日睇天文台話今日落雨,點知起身勁好天,就拿拿林換衫帶呀仔返playgroup,今日佢好叻仔,自己專心聽故事上堂,媽媽表示好感動。放左學最方便係食大快活,買完搵埋位,可以叫人幫我拎埋,仲有得加大個白飯。成個餐我無連飲品 $541.夠薑照燒大雞扒:我本身吾食薑都覺得好香好惹味,個雞皮仲要脆卜卜。2.日式燒汁牛丼:個飯好夠牛肉汁,洋蔥都吾生,剪碎左啲肉呀仔差吾多食晒成碗飯。3.胡麻菜絲沙律 :平時我吾食沙律既,但佢撈埋個胡麻醬好好食。

我食大快活既咖哩魚柳飯已經食左好多年了。 由以前既香煎魚柳到今時今日既為左節省成本既炸魚柳全部食過哂。 以前又香又好味既香煎魚柳我吾再講,現在我只係想講,大快活既招牌飯餐就係咖哩系列。為左節省成本,將香煎魚柳換成炸魚柳, 睇上去好似魚柳大塊左,抵食左,但其實咁樣配味道差左好多,但飯餐價錢不減反升。由以前中午至晚餐都供應,變成現在只有中午才供應,到咁落去一個招牌菜好快就吾再存在,客源一定再再跌落去。 幸好咖哩汁仍維持水準,否則我以後都不會再食大快活。

今晚天氣轉咗涼涼哋,突然之間想食啲暖笠笠嘅嘢聽朋友講,原來宜家大快活都有煲仔飯食天氣咁凍,今晚一於嚟試下佢好唔好食先佢嘅煲仔飯都有幾款,我今晚就揀咗梅菜蒸肉餅飯, 仲加咗碟油菜已經好耐好耐冇去過大快活,原來而家已經有送餐服務真係大鄉裡啦個煲仔飯呢到,賣相都唔錯喎上面嘅肉餅都幾大份而且唔會好重味精味仲有令我最期待嘅事,就係佢嘅煲邊真係有飯焦㗎!食煲仔飯識食梗係食飯蕉啦估唔到快餐店食煲仔飯都咁有水準下次想食煲仔飯又有一個新選擇啦

下午茶事旦搵個地方坐低。去左好耐無去既九快活,原因係附近好似無咩選擇。雪菜米加餐肉,連熱檸茶,唔洗三十蚊。但其實我都仍然覺得唔係特別平,因為始終都係一間快餐店,罐頭午餐肉兩片加一碗上湯米粉,加幾條雪菜咁就$30。熱檸茶對於我來講如果唔飲可以平$5,我絕對會唔飲,因為定係特別好飲。成本好抵又乜嘢技術嘅米粉,仲要係一個下午茶的時間,然後冇服務,冇環境,只係有少少冷氣嘅地方....$30! 對於一個有工作嘅人已經覺得唔平,係一個老人家或者係基層$30食一碗罐頭嘅相湯米粉....真係食唔起
