To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午茶事旦搵個地方坐低。去左好耐無去既九快活,原因係附近好似無咩選擇。雪菜米加餐肉,連熱檸茶,唔洗三十蚊。但其實我都仍然覺得唔係特別平,因為始終都係一間快餐店,罐頭午餐肉兩片加一碗上湯米粉,加幾條雪菜咁就$30。熱檸茶對於我來講如果唔飲可以平$5,我絕對會唔飲,因為定係特別好飲。成本好抵又乜嘢技術嘅米粉,仲要係一個下午茶的時間,然後冇服務,冇環境,只係有少少冷氣嘅地方....$30! 對於一個有工作嘅人已經覺得唔平,係一個老人家或者係基層$30食一碗罐頭嘅相湯米粉....真係食唔起
