To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日約左朋友係屯門市中心食早餐,開始時大家都無咩主意,最後入咗牛奶冰室,時間大約8點半,餐廳都唔算好多人,仲有好多位。餐廳以手機落單,都幾方便,我叫咗✔️牛扒早餐,當中有煎牛扒、炒蛋、丹麥多士、栗米及腸仔,飲品凍杏霜。而我朋友就叫咗✔️濃湯火腿通粉早餐、當中有火腿通粉、炒蛋及丹麥多士,飲品凍檸茶。整體食物質量尚算OK。但牛扒有少少筋位切唔開及凍檸茶太酸。食物質量唔差,且份量足夠,以埋單88元嚟講,算可以接受。另外,送餐有D亂,我建議待應們要加強培訓一下😁。

黎到屯門玩,趕時間食個快餐下午茶食肉獸既我叫左個香煎雞蔥油撈麵,一上黎就好香蔥油味,雞係已經切開左一塊塊,食落好香口,但如果係塊雞扒咁上會更加滿足,另外個麵底偏硬身,食起上黎好爽呢個下午茶好滿足☺️

我和朋友行完街攰攰哋,想坐低食下嘢休息下,有個friend 話去牛奶冰室,咁我哋冇意見,叫左一個炸鷄翼餐,一個奶醬多士餐,2個炸魚柳薯條餐,嘢飲配咖啡奶茶,魚柳多油又不香脆!炸鷄翼幹爭爭難食!多士,奶茶,咖啡合格。
