To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

已經好一排冇幫襯過千両,之前咁啱上網見到外賣買一送一,覺得相當抵食,於是外賣返屋企同家人嘆吓,係新鮮嘅,性價比十足。於是就決定下午茶去V city度會一會佢嘅堂食,當日係公眾假期,都等咗幾個字先可以入去。 試左一套$68的清酒三杯小品,三小杯清酒的味道略顯單一,缺乏層次感,作為一個體驗,性價比頗高,適合淺嘗,又或者真係非常初體驗清酒嘅朋友,可以算係摸索一下自己嘅口味。 先上既係-吞拿魚蓉蓉海膽手卷,上菜擺盤都幾精緻,吞拿魚蓉,海膽新鮮,搭配紫菜同埋一個脆餅口感層次豐富,唔錯。然後仲嗌咗個咩20周年餐牌嘅大吞拿魚腩配飄雪鵝肝壽司,上菜嘅時候應即時煙燻,儀式感足夠,煙燻過嘅吞拿魚腩係比較油香,鵝肝碎就唔係好覺有乜分別。之後食咗個二人極上刺身拼盤,帶子肥美,刺身蝦都相當飽滿最後,係日本兵庫縣生蠔,$48一隻,價格合理,生蠔的新鮮程度令人滿意,不過本身餐牌上面係寫住附有清酒凍,店員話已經過咗個promotion,所以冇清酒凍,我認為應該落單之前同我講返。 當天正值繁忙時段,人手明顯不足,每道菜之間的等候時間較長,用餐體驗稍微受到影響。

今晚來到千両壽司,品嚐了一場令人難忘的蠔之盛宴。千両一向以新鮮的食材和高品質的料理聞名,這次的體驗更是讓我對他們的生蠔料理留下了深刻的印象。環境與服務:千両的裝潢簡約而雅致,木質的桌椅和柔和的燈光營造出舒適的用餐氛圍。服務員態度親切,對菜單的介紹非常詳細,讓人感到賓至如歸。生蠔拼盤:這次的主角當然是生蠔!我們點了一份生蠔拼盤,裡面包含了來自不同產地的生蠔,每一隻都肥美飽滿,閃耀著誘人的光澤。日本兵庫縣高本生蠔:這款生蠔口感清爽,帶有淡淡的海洋鹹味,餘韻甘甜,非常適合初次嘗試生蠔的人。日本兵庫縣枕生生蠔,這款生蠔肉質豐腴,口感濃郁,帶有堅果和奶油的香氣,是生蠔愛好者的最愛。每一隻生蠔都經過了精心的處理,去除了內臟,只留下最鮮美的部分。搭配上檸檬汁、辣醬和特製的醋汁,更能激發出生蠔的鮮味。

三人行點了三個午餐,星期日都有套餐。每一個餐都包一粒蕨餅、一杯飲品(果茶或咖啡)、一碗麵豉湯、一個沙律菜和一件南瓜。天婦羅的炸物的粉不厚夠脆口,所有刺身或壽司的材料都很新鮮,夠厚身。牛肉烏冬(牛肉雖薄但勝在不肥有牛肉香味)而烏冬雖是幼身但都彈口的。整體是好味!坐卡位,環境是舒服的,乾淨,枱面剛可放到三份餐。所有職員都好有禮貌

午市套餐試下,點知又中伏首先個侍應,求其放個盤落枱本身有隻碟同筷子放枱中間,佢吾移開,求其放餐盤,基本上係有1/3盤係零空放枱邊,勁差!酸菜係雪櫃拎出尼,冰凍嘅,連隻碟都係冰凍沙津菜粒蕃茄,又係雪櫃直出,凍到入吾到口天婦羅啲炸粉,好劣質,又厚,又油成個餐仲要158直係好難食

星期六行開V city見到千両有lunch set,好似好抵咁就入咗去。啲嘢食超大份。炙燒壽司配牛肉烏冬 $158千兩一般正常質素,烏冬都算煙靭。不過佢送嗰舊蕨餅就一般唔夠煙靭,亦都唔夠黃豆粉。滑蛋吉列豬扒餐 $148一上枱食咗個滑蛋好似落咗半樽豉油咁,但係佢都肯換過啲新蛋俾我就算係咁。其他嘢食都係一般千兩水平。
