To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 吉列魚柳d肉又凍,外皮又淋又韌,是擺了很久的模樣,牛油多士也是擺咗很久,因為多士又凍又韌,也是擺了很久的情況才會出現的,而且牛油沒有溶化在多士上,糞一般的樣子,是本人食過咁多次外賣的最差一次,以後都不會光顧。再加上啲醬料與粟米火腿及雞蛋混在一起,非常難食而且價錢又不算便宜。 continue reading

平時lunch時間想食個快lunch,就可以考慮嚟香港地呢間餐廳,因為幾乎唔使等位,食物味道都唔錯。❇️常餐呢個餐入邊有兩隻瑞士雞翼,公仔麵煮會唔會太淋,炒蛋份量比較少,但係炒得係蛋香味,相信係揀咗靚嘅蛋,薄薄一塊火腿亦有煎過,多士已經搽好咗牛油,但本人唔係太鍾意食牛油,如果可以俾返牛油我哋自己搽就更加好仲睇嚟講香港地呢間餐廳食物味道ok,份量都夠飽,上餐嘅速度都算快,如果想快速解決午餐,推介可以嚟呢間餐廳😋 continue reading

2024年6月17日早上7點49分叫個沙爹牛肉面(加5蚊轉左做日本版出前一丁)+兩隻煎蛋+凍啡,之後見個面最早到已經心知不妙,已經暖哂一啲煙都冇,食落去淋到咩咁,9成係之前有人落錯單等下一個客叫,食左3份1就冇哂胃口。個蛋就正常。反而杯啡就最遲到,不過都幾好飲嘅👍 continue reading

雖然入嚟大嶼山行過好幾次山,但上鳳凰山印象中真喺差唔多廿年前嘅事,所以,趁住仲喺秋高氣爽嘅日子,就同啲老友上番一轉鳳凰山,之後嘅重點就當然喺嘆吓下午茶啦。返到嚟東湧,近近哋喺地鐵站附近嘅「香港地」食下午茶。其實對「香港地」嘅印象真喺麻麻,晌我住嘅美孚區都有一間,食過一次之後都無再幫襯,因為老實講,質素唔喺高好多,但定價就相對貴一截,加上啲服務確喺麻麻,今次再嚟感覺都喺一般般。下午茶餐底面兩頁紙睇晒,一般嚟講都40蚊起跳,雖然佢啲炒粉麵只喺賣50,但餐牌已標示住「輕型」兩個字,就知晌份量上會喺將貨就價。珍寶腸熱狗配薯條 $46後悔無跟朋友叫呢個珍寶熱狗餐,因為唔單止熱狗大大份,面頭仲加咗肉醬同芝士,烤焗過之後非常吸引,朋友話食落非常之惹味,又香口。就喺因為之前見餐牌只寫珍寶腸熱狗,所以先無揀,如果佢有講埋芝士肉醬嘅話,相信我喺會改食呢一款。乾炒牛河 $50老婆唔喺身邊,咁就當然揀啲唔健康嘅下午茶餐,乾牛河就最合我心意。睇落色澤似乎偏淡色少少,份量亦比較少,牛肉亦都少,幸好嘅喺味道唔差,炒得有啲鑊氣,但食幾炷就食完,有啲唔夠喉嘅感覺,哈哈!星州炒米 $50老友就話,明明點嘅喺星米(餐牌亦只有星米),但睇落都喺似廈門炒米,呈橙紅色,唔喺星州炒米嘅鮮黃色,味道都似啦,酸酸甜甜,完全無星米嗰種咖喱味、黃薑味,不過,當喺食廈門炒米,味道OK嘅。豬扒肉碎番茄湯米線 $50另一位老友所嗌嘅米線,睇落就真喺比較對辦㗎,雖然佢話過蕃茄湯底未算超濃郁,但起碼味道上都酸酸咪,食落好醒胃,而米線嘅份量亦唔少,見豬扒炸得甘香鬆化,如果多啲肉碎佢就話更加好。熱奶茶個人而言,味道好一般,唔叫得伏,只喺茶底未夠香,花奶亦稍嫌偏多,未喺百份百夾自己口味。綜合我哋4個人嘅茶餐,拉勻嚟計,水準屬於中間位,但定價方面,相比同區其他茶記,就肯定高咗 一截仔,所以,性價比個人感覺就偏低少少。 continue reading

好少平日會過去東涌, 東薈城一般食飯都會貴啲諗住平少少, 食個快飯, 所以行遠少少走左去食香港地.煎蛋焗豬扒飯 + 凍檸茶 $82真心個樣的確幾靚, 好過大X樂,味道尚可,不過不失, 但唔成正比,未去到值呢個價錢.蕃茄味突出, 但豬扒肥咗少少, 啱晒鍾意食肥野啖啖肉嘅朋友, 而我就唔太啱喇好彩煎蛋燶邊香口, 抵讚.凍檸茶4塊檸檬, 正常發揮, 茶味一般環境整潔企理, 座位都幾鬆動嘅, 出菜幾快, 都幾啱係附近嘅打工仔食㗎.再去指數:🍚🍚🍚 (5個🍚滿分) continue reading
