To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行完大佛返到東涌市中心已經係六點，就決定喺呢度食埋晚飯先至返屋企，見到翠華嘅叉燒飯好吸引喎🤤神之叉燒飯 $82識食梗係食肥叉😆叉燒厚切好大件，咬落超鬆軟唔韌，甘香甜美！叉燒 好吃啊！哇！這叉燒太棒了！塵世間沒有形容詞可以形容它了！為什麼？為什麼？為什麼讓我吃到一碗這麼好吃的叉燒飯？如果我以後吃不到怎麼辦？！😆😆鐵板黑椒汁鴛鴦扒拼天婦羅炸蟹柳配薯菜 $138熱騰騰的鐵板上鴛鴦扒係豬扒和牛扒🥩啖啖肉夠軟腍，配香濃惹味的黑椒汁，香薰配菜有薯仔🥔西蘭花🥦粟米🌽蟹柳粟米雜菌忌廉湯濃郁、香滑可口手工薑汁撞奶茶奶茶香濃，薑味撲鼻，我幾鍾意，暖胃又提神，冬天飲非常唔錯不妨一試！

無無聊聊 ，食過下午茶.... 去到東湧見到富華， 入去叫咗 一碗 咖哩濃湯魚腐米線， 在家22蚊薑汁撞奶茶( 其實係我第一次大膽嘗試 ，感覺 $22都唔差) 咖哩魚腐覺得咖哩味唔夠濃 ，話咗叫做濃湯啲湯都係唔夠濃， 有啲激死。 再叫咗碗魚蛋魚片 河粉， 原來河粉同米線都好大份量食完之後個肚大咗兩吋。 兩碗嘅味道一般啦都冇乜驚喜，亦冇乜 唔開心，不過杯奶茶幾特別。 無無聊聊寫咗啲嘢....薑香撲鼻暖心懷， 奶滑融融伴意來。 一口暢飲消寒意， 醉在香甜夢裡徘。

我今日約同好友去東涌行東薈城，順道去位於東涌富東街6號富東廣場1樓101號舖的翠華餐廳食午餐，食客絡繹不絕，環境舒適，坐得舒服。我點左個 鐵板套餐係法式黑椒牛柳8oz（5成）配黑椒汁及意粉 $168，有牛油豬仔包，餐湯係粟米雜菌忌廉湯，餐飲係熱駌鴦（跟餐）；好友點左個 焗芝士大蝦魚柳飯套餐 $85，餐湯係粟米雜菌忌廉湯，餐飲係熱駌鴦（跟餐）。5成熟的牛柳燒得外脆內嫩，牛味濃郁，好味又好食；焗芝士大蝦魚柳飯賣相吸引，大蝦好大隻，魚柳煎得香口又好味，飯底是炒飯，好味呀。
