To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日係年初三的赤口，好友約我今早入去東涌行大東山，落山後去位於東涌富東街6號富東廣場1樓101號舖的翠華餐廳用膳，今日人頭湧湧，好熱鬧呀！我點左個 蒜香牛柳絲配白飯 $98，粟米雜菌忌廉湯，少甜紅豆冰 $13；好友點左個 咖喱特嫩羊仔扒飯 $128，餐飲係熱香滑奶茶 $10。蒜香牛柳絲配白飯賣相繽紛，牛柳絲的牛味濃郁，好味又好食；咖喱特嫩羊仔扒飯份量不少，羊仔扒有3件，咖喱另上（好窩心呀），羊扒肉質嫩滑，好味道👍。

翠華曾經是香港人耳熟能詳的貴價茶記，現在分店越來越少了！☆至潮魚蛋片頭米粉有4粒魚蛋2片魚片，魚蛋魚片都算合格啦。☆鹿兒島風豬軟骨米線大大件有三件豬軟骨，有啲柴唔算腍，炆煮味道唔會太濃味，加左少少陳皮去炆。米白色鮮魚湯，個湯好熱，不過魚湯湯味就淡左啲！！一般般的食物質素和服務質素。

行完大佛返到東涌市中心已經係六點，就決定喺呢度食埋晚飯先至返屋企，見到翠華嘅叉燒飯好吸引喎🤤神之叉燒飯 $82識食梗係食肥叉😆叉燒厚切好大件，咬落超鬆軟唔韌，甘香甜美！叉燒 好吃啊！哇！這叉燒太棒了！塵世間沒有形容詞可以形容它了！為什麼？為什麼？為什麼讓我吃到一碗這麼好吃的叉燒飯？如果我以後吃不到怎麼辦？！😆😆鐵板黑椒汁鴛鴦扒拼天婦羅炸蟹柳配薯菜 $138熱騰騰的鐵板上鴛鴦扒係豬扒和牛扒🥩啖啖肉夠軟腍，配香濃惹味的黑椒汁，香薰配菜有薯仔🥔西蘭花🥦粟米🌽蟹柳粟米雜菌忌廉湯濃郁、香滑可口手工薑汁撞奶茶奶茶香濃，薑味撲鼻，我幾鍾意，暖胃又提神，冬天飲非常唔錯不妨一試！
