🇭🇰Casa Sophia Loren·Tasting Menu $688呢間餐廳環境超classy 而且佢啲餐具好靚 勁有格調✨坐喺露台 望住個夜景勁有feel 好適合黎慶祝🥳·Scampi tartare l Amberjack carpaccio前菜方面我自己就鍾意佢個小龍蝦他他多啲😍佢個小龍蝦超甜 而且口感好好🦞個油甘魚刺身都唔錯🐟·Calamarata pasta l Risone pasta之後佢個寬管意粉我自己好鍾意🤩佢係煮到啱啱好 好al dente 而且勁掛汁🤤🤤上面既墨魚肉都好新鮮🦑另外個米粒意粉其實都唔錯嘅 不過我個人就鍾意食risotto多過鍾意食呢款米粒意粉 感覺上質感冇咁好🫢🤣🤣·Charcoal grilled M7 sirloin & braised short rib l Pan seared sea bass之後佢個牛都好出色 尤其是係佢個short ribs係真係炆到腍晒 一咬就化 好好食🐮之後佢個牛扒都煮到啱啱好 肉質勁好 勁粉嫩🥩😋個魚都唔錯既 魚皮好脆 不過個牛出色啲😈·Tiramisu 2.0最後佢個tiramisu都好食 佢仲配左個咖啡雪糕同咖啡啫喱 呢兩個咖啡味都係超級濃郁 好香☕️另外佢上甜品之前仲有個柚子sorbet 呢個柚子味勁濃 勁清新🍋🤩🤩··📍灣仔莊士敦道60-66號和昌大押1樓
