自問超級海鮮控,突然好想食避風塘炒蟹,點算?我同朋友第一時間諗起呢間位於謝斐道嘅喜記,對我哋來講地點又方便,味道又無可挑剔,心動不如行動,立即訂位。係時候講下令我哋吮指回味嘅食物啦😋😋招牌避風塘炒辣蟹 招牌就係招牌,真係不得之了,啖啖肉,蟹肉飽滿結實,辣味完全唔會搶味,反而吊起蟹嘅鮮味,蒜香十足,個炸蒜好酥脆,用來撈飯一流。椒鹽大瀨尿蝦真係好大隻,炸到好脆,好惹味,真係連殼都脆㗎,食食下覺得唔够喉添豉椒炒蜆食海鮮又點少得炒蜆,雖然係大路嘢,但係呢間處理得一啲都唔馬虎。蜆肉粒粒都肥美飽滿,椒汁裹滿啲蜆肉,好滋味。喜記燒鵝燒鵝又係一絕,皮脆肉滑,無得頂蟲草花螺片鷄腳湯全部煎炸嘢?無有怕,呢個燉湯幫我哋滋補返。蟲草花增強抵抗力,螺片滋陰,雞腿就骨膠原滿滿,重點一啲都唔油膩。細心位,有個鐵桶俾我哋裝骨,唔使搞到成枱殼,抵讚。盡興而歸,好滿足呀! continue reading

「喜記」特別適合喜愛海鮮的人士。這裡的招牌避風塘炒辣蟹是一道不容錯過的佳肴。蟹肉鮮嫩多汁,外皮炸得香脆,搭配上避風塘的蒜香和辣味,每一口都充滿驚喜。尤其是蟹膏豐富,讓人吃得非常滿足。另外,避風塘蒜蓉蒸蟶子皇也是一絕。蒜蓉的香氣滲透到蟶子皇的每一絲肉質中,蒸得剛剛好,鮮甜多汁,讓人食指大動。蒜蓉的味道恰到好處,不會過於搶味,讓人回味無窮。再來一份椒鹽瀨尿蝦,絕對是最佳的下酒小食。瀨尿蝦炸得外皮酥脆,內裡肉質鮮嫩,椒鹽的味道提升了整道菜的層次感,每一口都充滿了鹹香的味道,簡直是完美的搭配。至於人均消費方面,大約是300元/人,物超所值。食材新鮮,烹調手法精緻,每一道菜都讓人滿足而歸。如果你喜歡海鮮,不妨到「喜記」一試,絕對不會讓你失望! continue reading
