Happy Friday同朋友聚吓真係好開心😆約咗去灣仔食西班牙菜🇪🇸真係超掛住一個月之前嘅西班牙之旅😮‍💨依度好多正宗菜式揀呀,解一解我嘅思念西班牙之情🥹同朋友揀咗一個二人套餐Set dinner($468),另外再點咗烤乳豬同甜品,仲有Sangria,夠晒飽😆西班牙烤乳豬 $448————————————做依個菜式花好多功夫時間,烤乳豬皮超級薄脆,肉又嫩又夠juicy,脂肪被烤成半融化狀態,入口即化,甘香無比😋伴碟嘅菠蘿亦勁出色🍍每一粒都烤上焦糖面,咬落去爆汁勁juicy又甜,解膩一流🫶🏾Starter————————————Starter都有成三款,超抵食!首先有cold cut,有牛肉同埋肉腸,襯埋個芝士,個人認為店舖嘅cold cut食材揀得唔錯,比較貼近香港人嘅口味,成碟嘢都唔會太鹹,送酒都好正。之後有西班牙風番茄沙律🍅凍盤非常Fresh,蕃茄爆汁,加埋凍湯,有風味。至於是日餐湯係洋蔥湯,洋蔥煮得好腍🧅入晒味。煎焗鱈魚柳————————————Mains揀咗鱈魚,又好食又高營養,豐富蛋白質,兩大件夠厚肉,外皮煎得幾香,肉質仲係滑又juicy,都幾抵食!西班牙海鮮飯————————————Paella係西班牙標誌性嘅美食,用鑊仔上嘅燉飯夠晒香口🍳粒粒飯都好焦香。西班牙油條————————————至於甜品就係Churros,炸得外層香口鬆化,砂糖面雖然邪惡,但食落口感勁正😋另外叫咗個心太軟,舖頭仲送咗雪糕比我哋食🫶🏾Red Sangria (Jug) $278————————————食西班牙菜一定要襯返Sangria🍷紅酒加水果超易入口,一路飲酒一路傾偈真係好開心呀! continue reading

年三十晚,平時好多中餐廳都已經滿晒,所以我們一家人訂了灣仔的這間西班牙🇪🇸餐廳本身黎到係想試吓出名嘅豬手,點知店員話冇貨🤯招牌菜都冇貨我們是有啲失望🫠想飲生啤,又係無貨🫠唯有叫其他嘢食~🔺香炸蟹肉丸外層係吉烈,蟹肉丸炸至金黃香脆,內裡釀滿蟹肉絲,咬下去啖啖都係蟹肉😋🔺西班牙蛋餅 好有蛋香,入口鬆軟,內有薯仔粒、煙肉粒同芝士等,鹹鹹香香又幾好食😋🔺蒜片蝦我哋仲嗌咗麵包,點嗰充滿着蒜香嘅油😍蒜香味十足!每隻蝦都大隻彈牙🦐唯一冇預到的是呢個蝦有啲辣🥹(我唔食得辣)🔺豬鞍勁juicy~做到啱啱熟🔺西班牙海鮮飯🥘 食西班牙菜必須要叫的西班牙海鮮飯❤️一上枱就俾原隻魷魚吸引住,仲有大蝦、帶子、青口😋嘢食熱辣辣,特別滋味🤤配上特製sour cream,店員話可以選擇撈飯,味道層次更豐富🤩🔺鴨髀外皮炸到勁脆,鴨肉鬆軟🔺西班牙油條churros 啱啱炸起😌熱辣辣金黃香脆,外面脆,咬落又鬆軟,沾滿肉桂粉配朱古力或吉士醬都得食食落去又唔係好甜😆不知不覺間食咗好多總結嘢食都滿意👍🏻老闆友善同我哋傾偈👍如果下次想試豬手,可能先預訂吧! continue reading

第一次寫食評因為食到一肚氣,嬲到連相都無心機影。從未食過咁難食既西班牙菜,廚師個味蕾係咪有問題?我究竟食咗啲乜?叫咗 3碟Tapas 第一道炸青椒,調味正常,但青椒炸唔熟嘅。第二碟薯仔蛋餅,廚師唔記得落薯仔。第三碟是炸黑毛豬薯餅,呢兩粒野係全晚最有水準。食到呢刻個心都對依間餐廳巳打折扣,之後碟尤魚paella先係最精彩。一心以為是用正宗的平底鑊上,點知係尤魚筒塞飯。尤魚又係未煮熟,咬住舊橡膠心情唔好,食埋咪飯就更火起,Paella既飯煮起應該是粒粒分明,佢既飯明顯係煮超時,變咗一堆碎飯,本心諗住唔好浪費食物但最後唔想同自己個胃過唔去就放棄咗。我唔明呢碟野憑咩叫自己做西班牙大鑊飯,個飯零調味,連最基本嘅蕃紅花味道都無。問咗餐廳佢俾個匪夷所思嘅答案我,佢話返紅花孕婦唔可以食,有啲孕婦食咗會中毒所以哋冇落蕃紅花,呢個香料既香氣係精華所在,咁不如唔好開西班牙餐廳。見到咁多正評 真係抱住期望去試,但呢間係史上最難食既西班牙菜,唔知道點解可以有咁多人讚好食。 continue reading

位於灣仔皇后大道東既la resaca提供多款西班牙菜式,味道偏濃,必試西班牙海鮮飯。 𖦹 香煎牛舌 $78牛舌非常厚切,表面焦香而肉質軟腍,油香十足。𖦹 炸魷魚鬚 $88魷魚鬚香脆,送酒一流。 𖦹 西班牙海鮮飯 $328建議3-4個人share!有大蝦、帶子、青口、原隻魷魚、富鹹香嘅chorizo香腸、紅椒碎同豆角,配上sour cream及檸檬汁,飯既口感偏濕潤,極為鮮味,層次豐富。𖦹 西班牙油條 $68churros炸至金黃色,沾滿肉桂粉同砂糖,西班牙最經典既甜品。𖦹 estrella damma lemon $88由西班牙進口、以60%啤酒加40%天然地中海檸檬調配而成,酒味唔重,酸酸甜甜似檸檬蜜糖梳打,we love it!! continue reading
