這家歷史悠久的經典扒房營運多一天便結業,小人特意與友人前來經歷倒數時刻。蒜蓉包香脆味美,飄揚著蒜蓉的香氣。田園沙律的燈籠椒、沙律菜、蕃茄角、青瓜片以及洋蔥絲口感爽脆,各自的香味互相揮影。意大利醋跟橄欖油是自加的,增添鮮爽,跟蒜蓉包是絕配的組合!從來都是無敵好食的香煎鵝肝,煎得外焦內軟,每一口也充滿幸福!而焗田螺更上一層樓,田螺肉肉質緊致,與薯蓉吸滿牛油汁,完全無法抗拒!薯蓉並非薯粉開出來的,還食到顆顆薯粒,過份的好食!三成熟的肉眼扒烤得恰到好處,而因為是二人份的,所以晒士甚巨!牛扒肉質細嫩,脂位增加油潤滑溜,半點也不漏,更是爆多肉汁的!粗薯條和配菜各勝所長,此外還有芥末醬,不管蘸牛扒或蘸薯條都甚為匹配!是一段美好的回憶,一定保留。 continue reading

倒數中的美味 知呢度做到11月10 號 ,從前可以老公拍拖常常來這間食飯,一於結束之前再嚟食生日飯本身想點牛油果沙律不過店員話牛油果唔靚無入🥹於是我哋就點咗caesar salad,佢哋個dressing係自己打,份外creamy要咗份prime肉眼12oz, medium rare都整到我哋嘅熟到要求,內裏的筋不算多 ,肉味十分香濃,加埋sidedish薯蓉二人食十分足夠薯蓉方面幼滑中帶點洋蔥粒粒,好香令人一啖接一啖意粉方面揀左Aglio E Olio,意粉嘅質地 Al dente,配料有橄欖油、蒜片,蒜片整得好香 ,加埋橄欖油令到意粉十分香,可惜如果有啲辣椒點綴返會更加惹味開胃是日,晚餐時段都坐滿,想感受這倒數中的美味要11月10前來了 continue reading

環境安靜,剛好被安排窗邊,可以慢慢食愉快地傾下嘅地方,即使知道佢快要結業,服務員也很細心好友善,整體食物質素都不錯,蟹肉餅和蟹肉湯都多料好味,甜品火焰雪山亦好正不會太甜,沙律新鮮但份量略少,唯一失望是肉眼扒,落枱好香但好太多筋,一半食唔到,而且煎太熟,不是如落單要求的5成熟,作為steakhouse 有少少失望。 continue reading

途經Deloitte的open day, 接了幫公司做完義工的老婆,冒著大雨去這經典扒房,才發現灣仔店將於11月10日結業,天意如此也是我們的幸運。點了HKD 680的二人份厚切西冷。牛扒表面焦感略重,而由於厚切的關系,內裡嫩滑的部份很多,整體不錯。只是對比1974年,現時滿大街的凍肉店都有進口牛扒,消費者給慣著,感覺性價比是不高了。但如果人少一點,老闆有時間和你聊聊樂意扒房的歷史,還是值得為這份情懷過來一趟的。我之前就吃過金鐘那家,和老闆聊過天。如果去的話,建議挑厚切/斧頭扒,凍肉店相對少見,而且做起上來也比較麻煩,比較值得在扒房吃。另外它家的pizza有驚喜哦! continue reading
