環境安靜,剛好被安排窗邊,可以慢慢食愉快地傾下嘅地方,即使知道佢快要結業,服務員也很細心好友善,整體食物質素都不錯,蟹肉餅和蟹肉湯都多料好味,甜品火焰雪山亦好正不會太甜,沙律新鮮但份量略少,唯一失望是肉眼扒,落枱好香但好太多筋,一半食唔到,而且煎太熟,不是如落單要求的5成熟,作為steakhouse 有少少失望。

途經Deloitte的open day, 接了幫公司做完義工的老婆,冒著大雨去這經典扒房,才發現灣仔店將於11月10日結業,天意如此也是我們的幸運。點了HKD 680的二人份厚切西冷。牛扒表面焦感略重,而由於厚切的關系,內裡嫩滑的部份很多,整體不錯。只是對比1974年,現時滿大街的凍肉店都有進口牛扒,消費者給慣著,感覺性價比是不高了。但如果人少一點,老闆有時間和你聊聊樂意扒房的歷史,還是值得為這份情懷過來一趟的。我之前就吃過金鐘那家,和老闆聊過天。如果去的話,建議挑厚切/斧頭扒,凍肉店相對少見,而且做起上來也比較麻煩,比較值得在扒房吃。另外它家的pizza有驚喜哦!

I’ve walked by Nebraska many times and am so glad I finally decided to check the restaurant out. I was here to celebrate my aunt’s birthday. We got a great spot and the atmosphere was perfect for chatting. The service was also lovely. The food was super tasty and exceeded our expectations. The service was also lovely. The food was super tasty and exceeded our expectations. I was so glad I ordered the French onion soup — it was a great start to a cozy meal. My lamb chops were absolutely delicious — not too fatty. The Brussels sprouts stir-fried in butter was also so tasty. I wish I ordered a second portion! I kind of wish the side dishes would be a teensy bit cheaper though.


For dessert we had the apple pie à la mode. It was the perfect ending to our dinner.


I’ll definitely return in the future with friends and family. There are still a number of things I’d like to try!

最後用套餐價加$85有個疏乎厘. 我地叫左五個. 包括兩個薑汁同三個橙酒疏乎厘.
疏乎厘係即叫即做, 所以等左少少時間. 一黎到真係好吸引. 薑汁的會有幾濃的薑味. 而橙酒味就係甜甜地的. 睇落去好似好大杯. 但食落去好似一陣風咁就食晒.
