最近天氣開始逐漸濕熱,每天想著吃辣,總覺得要吃點香辣的來去濕,增添食慾。位於西環的回家湘以湘菜為主,味道會比較重和辣,剛好符合我想吃的要求,就找了天前往回家湘。餐牌上有不一樣的酸菜魚可選,但我覺得蠻普遍,來回家湘當然要吃點特別的,所以就點了帶有辣度的幹鍋黃骨魚,黃骨魚原條烹煮,故骨刺較多,卻肉質軟嫩,吃時要注意黃骨魚上的魚骨主廚先將黃骨魚炸過,然後再與辣椒、蒜頭去爆香快炒,上桌的時候真的香味四溢,遠遠的就可以聞道辣椒香。幹鍋黃骨魚嚐起來有點辣辣麻麻,但配五常米飯吃還蠻不錯,建議點來吃吃看。老長沙臭豆腐迷人之處是臭豆腐炸得內軟外脆,咬起來豆腐皮還有卡滋卡滋的酥脆口感,再搭配蒜蓉、紅辣椒、青辣椒、芫荽,一口咬下去的噴汁快感超過癮,老長沙臭豆腐獲得許多食客的喜愛。每桌桌上幾乎都必點黃金小酥肉,黃金小酥肉外皮金黃香脆,肉餡嚼起來肉汁豐沛,而且裡面的肉不是鬆散的,吃過就知道為何點單率那麼高,黃金小酥肉可算回家湘特色的小食之一。小炒拆骨肉利用豬骨上的豬肉拆骨起肉,使用綠辣椒、炒蛋炒出香噴噴的小炒拆骨肉,小炒拆骨肉是道下飯的好肉,每一口都是鹹香,肥肉部份肥而不膩,瘦肉細嫩入味,令人大豎拇指。

🐷話食湘菜,點知食落有驚喜,原來餐廳係拎菜式冠軍大獎😲鮮炒黃牛肉牛肉真係鮮嫩,炒到啱啱好,嚼落去有種肉汁流出嚟嘅感覺。配上啲蒜頭,味道更加豐富,帶點微辣,用火烘住,惹味提升孜然扇貝骨孜然味濃厚,搭配住扇貝骨嘅鮮味,食落去有種特別嘅香辣感。每一口都帶住啲香料嘅味道,連辣椒也炸到可以吃到,隨碟的花生佐酒正四川口水雞雞肉嫩滑,淋上嘅醬汁酸辣啱啱好,配埋香菜,咬落去口感層次豐富👍而且送飯好滋味甘惹味的菜式梗係啤一啤💚

✨香港大學站附近搵食,經過「回家湘」門口貼滿菜式,價錢非常公道,即興入內嘗試湘菜。***** ***** ***** ***** ***** 店裏職員非常禮貌,我們點了兩個套餐同一個小菜。🐠麻辣酸菜魚套餐上枱有驚喜,酸菜魚大大鍋,麻辣唔算辣,怕辣嘅我都食到,仲酸酸甜甜咁非常開胃。🥔🥔土豆絲炒肉套餐土豆絲等於薯仔絲,師傅炒得均勻,每條土豆絲都掛上汁料,好好送飯。🐔老四川口水雞口水雞上枱真係流口水,雞嘅份量好多,汁料濃郁、入口味道層次豐富,一口接一口停唔到。推介此食店,價錢公道,餸菜不馬虎,如果去香港大學站附近一定會再次光臨。

午餐時段經過見是湘菜就入去試吓,睇店內嗰廣告好似好巴閉應是國內人開的,服務員是幾個講普通話的大媽,做嘢黑口黑面十分粗魯,上菜時碗碟大大聲放落檯面非常無禮貌,很多時是幾個人坐埋一張檯度玩手機大聲喧嘩完全唔使理會客人感受😓落完單無論再想攞咩都要叫幾次才行過嚟,菜式味道普通白飯可以任添。媒體上有時會見到大陸人話香港人的服務態度唔好,但當你遇到這些大陸人做服務員才會體驗到什麼是真正唔好吧!這麼差的餐廳食完都影響心情絕不會再去
