這間越南餐廳的下午茶真係抵食又好味!我哋三個人叫咗三個套餐,份量啱啱好,人均消費唔貴,味道令人滿意。.招牌手切牛柳湯檬粉($68)好有驚喜,用牛柳切絲代替生牛肉,沒有肥膏卻口感嫩滑,完全唔膩,難怪限量供應。招牌傳統法包($48)外脆內軟,餡料豐富又正宗,有鴨肝醬、扎肉和扎蹄,還有爽脆酸甜的青瓜同紅和白蘿蔔絲,加幾條芫荽,配搭一流。越式沙嗲雞絲扎肉湯河的($60)又是比較少見,沙嗲湯底香濃。每個套餐仲包一杯熱飲,推介熱鹹桔水,鹹香中帶少少甜,飲完好解膩又暖胃。.另外,我哋加咗一碟馬拉盞炒通菜(+$22),香氣十足,通菜爽口,鹹度啱啱好,絕對值得一試。 continue reading

今日帶媽媽睇醫生,之後去西環附近搵食,黎到呢間特式風味就入去試下,經理非常熱情既招待好快就坐底左,位置都好闊,坐得都好舒服。首先點左個香茅豬扒配米飯,豬扒份量非常多,味道都唔錯,點咪醬食更加提升。而且香脆可口,口感一流。媽媽就點左個一人帽子火鍋越北牛湯,呢個非常足料,好多樣肉類什錦,非常抵食,自行放落湯道煲熟黎食,河粉都係放落去湯煲,軟硬可自行調節。湯底都好香濃,真係世界級享受,必食之選。最後叫多個甜品芒果糯米飯,呢個都唔錯,白醬有好香既椰子味,芒果甜度適中,都係好唔錯既選擇。最後叫多杯芒果冰,唔算好甜,岩曬一班女士們。經理非常熱情❤️,不時都注意到我地既需求,服務一流,食物質素又好,值得再黎。 continue reading

簡單與屋企人一起食晚飯~揀咗呢一間係屋企附近嘅越南菜 裝修光明亮麗 有一人餐,二人餐及四人餐 豐儉由人😆我哋揀咗兩個一人餐 配上小食~ 西貢咖喱牛腩配米飯, 結合了香濃的咖喱和嫩滑的牛腩,搭配白飯 超級好送飯!香茅牛肉撈檬香茅嘅清香配上非常香口嘅牛肉 再加上青瓜絲 蘿蔔絲同埋魚露嘅調味 加上爽滑檬粉 清爽好吃!小食 蒸粉包清清地,唔會過油膩,內裏係豬肉餡同木耳混合而成,加上少許辣椒醬 必食之選!越式烤豬頸肉豬頸肉烤得非常之香 肉質鮮嫩 爽口彈牙飲品要咗鹹吉水鹹鹹地又帶少少微酸 好refreshing ~ 非常解渴又令人食慾大增😆😆😆好正! continue reading

天氣涼涼地, 諗住食個熱辣辣既湯麵。叫左火車頭湯粉,但個湯頭唔夠熱,上面啲生牛肉都唔知點算好,唔通生食咩唯有盡量焗多陣。最後覺得都係唔夠熟,勉強食左。計我話,湯粉黎講,最緊要個湯夠熱。唔夠熱既已經可以直接扣50分。 continue reading
