位置新商場的酒樓,裝修華麗。今日因為朋友在這裡舉辦百日宴,有幸試到很多創意菜式。第一道是片皮鴨,配菜特別有菠蘿,很多同枱的人都甚感好奇,試下來也出奇地夾,味道不錯,有解油膩感,片皮鴨的肥膏部分不多,合到好處。另外,蒜蓉蒸蟶子也很出色,粉絲入味,蟶子也不會過火。下一道是龍躉兩味,一味是龍躉炒蜜豆,蜜豆爽脆清甜,魚肉煎香可口。另一味是龍躉啫啫煲,這是值得推介的菜式,魚肉吸味,配菜的紅青椒,以及薑,也吸收成煲的精華,必食,人人食到冇停口。湯品是椰子雞湯,鮮甜至極,而且又提供湯渣,喜歡湯渣的人很正。炸子雞是正常發揮,皮脆肉嫩。洋蔥翠玉瓜粟米炒飯也不錯,粒粒分明,蔬菜足料。甜品也值得一試,蛋白杏仁茶很清甜,入面有鮮草粒粒,很新穎。總而言之,這餐廳值得一試。 continue reading

環境枱與枱十分接近、椅背貼椅背的佈局。服務由等位的一刻已經聽到幾組食客與侍應爭吵。另外,門口帶位的侍應多次表示難招聘人手,導致人手嚴重不足。價錢性價比十分低。食物是正常的,但份量與價錢不成正比。就如燒肉(如圖)$148 份量是如此。 continue reading
