紅燒牛四寶 (牛助條/牛尾/牛根/牛腸) Assorted Beef (ribs/ oxtail/ tendon/ intestine): There is a selection of dry noodles or soup noodles. As the weather is a bit cold, we chose the soup noodle. We are surprised by the large portion of soup noodles and the meat. The beef is tasty and i like the intestine the most. My family likes the ribs. 擔擔麵 Dan Dan noodles:As we cannot eat spicy food, we ordered the Dan Dan noodles with no spicy. We like their Chinese style noodles (刀削麵) which is very chewy. The Dan Dan noodles are nice.韭菜豬肉鍋貼:The fried dumpling is juicy but the skin wrapping breaks easily. Their home-made dumpling source is very special. Rember to dip the dumplings with the source before you eat it.Environment: The shop is spacious and comfortable. It is a good place for chatting. It is also a good place for family with kids. The waiters are friendly. The shop manager will walk around and chit chat with the customers.Overall:we recommend this restaurant to you all. We will definitely come over again. (We saw the customer in the next table ordered the roasted drunken chicken which looks very nice and crispy, we will try that next time )

喺無聲無息之下，呢個小店竟然將Menu全新改造，變成一間小麵館。 本來係咁嘅天氣下，仲諗緊食飯定食麵，既然呢間良心小店變成麵館食麵啦⋯⋯但係佢又唔係之前嗰啲面亦都唔係魚蛋粉魚蛋麵嗰啲…餐牌仍然都唔係特別多選擇，但係上菜後竟然有我最愛吃嘅刀削麵，我叫嘅係椒麻牛筋麵，下單之前問咗好多次究竟辣唔辣，餐廳話唔辣，咁就試一試啦！上菜的時候有一點驚喜，因為我諗住係好少汁咁樣，但係原來呢一隻麵都幾多汁俾我撈，開頭諗住撈少少，點知發現要撈晒先好味…嗰隻味真係唔辣，但係又好香花椒味，我都係第一次食呢一種嘅味道原來係叫椒麻。牛筋 - 份量充足，而且好腍，絕對唔係一條兩條…感覺食咗好多骨膠原😂最後加杯熱奶茶，簡直為之very good ！都係嗰個係之前足料的港式奶茶冇得輸。如果唔係咁啱經過都唔知佢轉咗Menu或者餐廳可以做多少少推廣，因為我估呢個麵可能係其他舖頭都冇。仲有嘢飲選擇多咗超多。

值得一試的椒麻牛腸拌麵😋😋牛腸：很入味，有口感但不會咬不開，不會太油膩，份量合適麵：用上寬闊的麵，煙煙韌韌，不錯椒麻汁：辣辣地，但撈埋個寬麵幾好味，在寒冷嘅天氣下食少少辣嘢可以暖下身體環境：餐廳寬闊，唔使同人迫，也唔使排隊，乾淨，寧靜服務：店員有笑容，招呼好，店長不時會出嚟同客人打招價錢：午餐78元，可以接受整體：值得推介，有機會會回來試其他拌麵😍*店舖位置在One Island South側門Starbucks 旁邊，所以平時行開正門大馬路，是不會知道有這間舖的，若果食厭咗就Southside嘅舖頭也可以過來試一試啊💪

早兩星期同小朋友上興趣班前到了OIS樓下的別不同 港味道試試新菜單。見到菜單上每一樣食品都加入了某些港式元素。點了鴛鴦雞配油飯、黑咖哩牛肉飯同埋香煎本地豚肉湯麵。鴛鴦雞飯入面有新鮮的嘉美雞同清遠雞，可以試到兩種不同既雞有什麼分別。嘉美雞因為本身比較瘦，通常都比較嚡，但呢度完全無呢個問題，小朋友好快已經食完連影相的機會都沒有。黑咖哩有兩種唔同既牛肉部位可以食到有不同的好感。咖哩加上溫泉蛋香濃但係無蓋過牛肉既鮮味，絕對可以一試。豚肉湯麵入面的肉同外面食到既好唔同，最重要係無落鬆肉粉同埋無豬肉既騷味，配上無味精既湯，好味亦好適合小朋友食。這個小店可以再來，值得一試！

今天有機會和朋友一起在這裡聚會，餐廳環境很好，但令我驚訝的是他們的餐點，可以感覺出廚師的用心我點的是時令蟹粉拌麵，拌麵非常Q彈，搭配他們特調的蟹粉和黑醋，有上海的味道。 小菜裡的炸蝦球的表皮炸得相當酥脆可口，飲料我點了港式奶茶香醇濃郁非常好喝， 我看到隔壁桌點黑咖喱飯和手工咖啡這讓我期待我下次回來這裡可以點了餐點和飲料。餐廳服務人員都很有禮貌和上菜速快，食材新鮮用料， 餐點的美味都會讓我回來用餐。這家餐廳真的是個寶藏餐廳如果你是一個饕客，真的不能錯過。
