今日同大家去食手工拉麵小籠包。sensory ZERO 集團今年年初開左一間新式上海菜店,佢地手工製作既拉麵同小籠包。開業半年仲獲得米芝蓮必食認證添😮。最近佢地就推出限定秋日蟹粉系列🍁,有一系列好吸引既中式美食😃。餐廳位置都幾方便,由黃竹坑站B出口,穿過天橋🌉就有出口直到都會中心2座1樓,餐廳就喺sensory ZERO 旁邊👍🏻。餐廳係用咗簡約木系裝修,而且係開放型空間,所以都幾寬敞舒適。啲碗碟都好靚好精緻。今次我地試咗佢哋限定蟹粉系列嘅兩款-「蟹粉小籠包」同「蟹粉拌麵」。呢度拌麵係手工拉麵,再倒上金黃綿密既蟹粉,入口味道鮮甜濃郁。蟹粉蟹膏沾滿麵條,非常滿足😌。而每一粒小籠包都係店員新鮮手工包,新鮮出爐熱焫焫,好飽滿!每一隻都鋪上蟹粉,咬落爆哂蟹粉湯汁添😊。今次我地仲試埋「CLS三代同堂蝦蝦蝦麵」。一碗手工麵就有齊櫻花蝦、鮮蝦同埋蝦籽,直接聞都已經覺得好香。鮮蝦🦐食落好爽脆彈牙,3樣一齊食口感好豐富👍🏻。大家可以倒入鮮甜雞湯,一齊食就無咁乾身,味道會更濃郁。呢度既甜品都幾特別。「燕麥奶木瓜薏米雪耳雪蓮子」食落都好足料又唔會好甜。因為落咗燕麥奶同埋薏米,飲落都幾香😃。「紅豆沙鍋餅」係幾有驚喜。外層食落幾香脆,中間係用咗北海道十勝紅豆🫘,比一般紅豆口感更綿密,味道香甜而唔油膩。店員都好細心,額外提供左已預熱碗比我地Share食。呢度提供茶唔係傳統中國茶葉,飲落好清香,又可以解膩。整體嚟講,我覺得呢度食物味道唔錯😌,幾有水準,而且食物🥘配搭都好用心❤️。我推薦大家嚟試下😉。而秋日蟹粉系列🍁係季節限定,同埋只限黃竹坑店,有興趣嘅朋友就把握機會嚟試啦~~

起31/10,同左同事一齊試下上海菜。當中叫左2份午餐3人食。份量幾多下,3人都可以食飽。當中醉雞好香鷄味,面底勁道,同香濃鷄味。另外仲叫左擂椒皮蛋,味道甜咸辣,都係第一次食。總體推薦,幾好味同坐位幾新下。

已經第二次去食餐廳比較低調不太會宣傳地方舒適闊落食物價錢實惠而高質素可惜人流比較少,一般都被旁邊大型商場吸引了而忽略了這間店唯一要挑剔的 是它的茶壺,實在太….重😅

呢間餐廳在一幢混合辦公樓下的大堂 係黃竹坑地鐵站走過去不遠 大約5分鐘路程岩岩拎左2024年的米芝蓮推介最基本的套餐 吾洗一百元 CP值高👍🏻學院食堂風既裝修風格廚房外大片的玻璃窗,可以看廚師在廚房裡忙碌甘製作手工拉麵和小籠包好推他地既小籠包外皮薄,內餡鮮美,每一口都能感受到豬肉的鮮嫩和湯汁既醇厚手工拉麵🍜面質不是Q彈偏軟身的質地 但不是煮成一坨 在湯浸了一會 仲係有嚼勁試左擔擔湯底 帶微辣 很香的花生麻醬味 湯底不是濃湯質地但味道卻很足 不黏口另外仲食左呢啲總括嚟講味道唔錯,價錢亦都合理 會再嚟食
