真有趣,在元朗區這麼久,都沒有特別發現其實有哪些新開的舖頭特別吸引,反而只有以前舊有的那些餐廳,比較穩打穩扎,你看看那些所謂新式的餐廳,其實很多都站不住腳,很多時候,來到這區,還是要搵返10年前食過的那些餐廳😨。這次甚至毛是買麵包,都要搵返以前10年前喜歡吃的麵包舖,新式的麵包店很多都不太穩妥。之前兩次食咗港島區嘅所謂人氣麻糬小店,發現其實味道都沒有怎麼出色,亦都不覺得特別彈牙煙韌,反而食返港式傳統連鎖麵包店,櫻桃麵包的麻糬,反而質地更加煙韌,你睇睇中間那些質地,一層一層,質地咬落去都相當煙靭,就是要這種煙靭到小朋友不太容易咬開的彈牙程度,才叫做麻糬包吧。 continue reading

[📍元朗|櫻桃麵包西餅]呢間餅舖周圍都有 街坊麵包舖既表表者呢到既脆皮麻糬波波 好脹卜卜 又好大粒見到都開心 加上呢到既麻糬波波係偏空氣感 麻糬部分唔會太厚身 搞到好實的的咁就算空氣感 都保持到個煙韌度 很不錯!另外 呢到有賣椰撻仔 係童年回憶坊間已經唔多麵包舖有得賣見到即刻拎返一盒過下隱先~ continue reading

之前喺安寧路嗰間分店買過$10嘅瑞士卷,嚟到又新街,見到原來仲有另外一間分店,同樣嘅瑞士卷都係平,不過就賣得貴啲, $12,所以就望下其他嘢。見到蛋撻幾抵,$4一個,買五送一,於是就買半打返去。蛋撻係擺係鐵殼存放,客人買先換成紙包裝。食落唔錯,對得住個價錢,性價比高 continue reading
