聽聞得閒飲茶呢間餐廳既點心好有水準,所以今日嚟試下。蝦餃之王蝦餃大大粒,皮薄餡靚,入面既蝦好鮮甜彈牙,果然唔錯👍潮州粉果粉果既皮煙煙韌韌,夾埋入面精心製作既蘿蔔餡料,有豐富既口感,好味!醬皇蒸鳳爪鳳爪吸收左特製醬汁既精華,好入味,而且好腍好好味😋蜜汁叉燒包叉燒包熱辣辣,好鬆軟,咬落去有甜甜哋既蜜汁叉燒,甜中帶鹹,正!韭黃鮮蝦腸腸粉晶凝通透,食落去好滑,入面既鮮蝦又大隻又彈牙,再加埋佢哋自製既鼓油,好好既配搭,好滿足😍千島醬脆皮蘿蔔糕呢個絕對係創意點心,估唔到蘿蔔糕可以咁樣配搭,同埋整得咁靚😍配埋千島醬,真係好正!呢間點心好味,價錢又唔貴,值得試👍 continue reading

夜晚有時都會想點心店食飯,因為啲蒸飯幾抵食又飽肚,然後叫幾碟點心,$200內都搞掂。呢間得閒飲茶系元朗都開左好耐,有部分點心幾有創意。春風得意腸 $42呢個創意腸粉每次黎都會叫,腸粉入面有啲脆網,餡料有蝦、粟米,再放左啲蟹籽,令成個腸粉咬落幾脆口,有種炸兩既feel,口感豐富。蒜香蝦春卷 $283條春卷,已經預先煎開,炸得夠脆,吾系太油。餡料都幾多,有蝦之餘仲有啲菜絲。牛肉球 $25牛肉球都大細,幾腍。沙嗲金錢肚 $31金錢肚大約有5-6件,都幾腍,底下用豆卜墊住。鳳爪排骨飯 $42用荷葉裝住啲飯去蒸,排骨都幾多,飯偏濕。 continue reading

唔知有冇人同我一樣成日都好鍾意放假去飲飲茶,嘆返一盅兩件。今次喺元朗行街嘅時候就比我發現咗一間茶居。鋪仔細細,但係成日都坐滿晒人。🤔我諗應該都品質唔錯,就去試吓舖頭以卡位為主,都坐得幾舒服嘅,茶位每個人就$6,都算合理。⭐️沙爹金錢肚($31)記得每次細個去飲茶一定會叫金錢肚。金錢肚好入味而且好腍👍重點係佢最底嘅豆卜吸晒啲醬汁😍⭐️灌湯京滬小籠包($29)呢個小籠包係必試,佢嘅皮好薄,而且好多湯👍一咬落去呢係爆汁🤭配埋醋一齊食就Perfect啦⭐️蝦餃之王($36)佢嘅蝦餃啲蝦都幾彈牙,而且份量都幾足,不過如果個皮再薄啲就100分啦⭐️蜜汁叉燒腸($29)佢用嘅叉燒係半肥瘦叉燒,所以食落去有淡淡嘅油香味👍但係又唔會太油膩,腸粉嘅皮都算薄身嘅👍唔錯⭐️原龍鳳爪排骨飯($42)佢呢個排骨飯性價比真係超高🤭佢嘅份量好足,而且餸都好多😍每一粒排骨都係好入味👍而且佢係用荷葉包住嚟蒸。真係幾有風味㗎🤭佢哋呢由朝頭早6:30開到夜晚11:30 ,無論係飲早茶定夜茶嘅你都一定啱🤭去開元朗想飲茶嘅記得試吓佢啦🍴得閒飲茶 (元朗)📍元朗谷亭街13號傑文樓地舖 continue reading

係元朗夜晚想飲茶,見到呢到所有點心即叫即蒸,同埋夠曬平,就入左去。茶位都係$6位咋!香菇燒賣同埋蝦餃係每次飲茶必食。原來呢到既蝦餃之王咁勁,見到餐廳都貼左好多訪問報章出黎! 蝦餃皮薄,蝦肉多之餘又彈牙! 燒賣厚實好重菇味,好食! 呢到既糯米雞係我見過最多餡既一間,入面有叉燒,有雞,仲有蟹柳等等,真係好飽肚! 蔥花蝦米腸腸粉口感軟滑,配上大小適中蝦米同埋特製既甜豉油,味道鹹香。蜜汁叉燒包都係主打足料! 龍蝦湯鮮竹卷第一次食,普通既鮮竹卷就食得多。加左龍蝦湯,提鮮左好多,而且浸住湯汁既鮮竹卷,食落仲係好脆口。 continue reading
