成日到元朗穩食,職人壽司一直在我bookmark內,因元朗林林總總餐廳眾多,攪到我差啲遺忘咗呢間出色嘅壽司餐廳。🥢 炙燒左口魚邊海膽丼 🥢 職人魚生丼呢兩個都係套餐嚟,基本上有蟹籽沙律、味噌麵豉湯、蟹肉蒸蛋及日本蜜瓜。 其實我一直麵唔喜歡飲麵豉湯,普遍地覺得佢好咸,但呢間做到有味之餘亦都唔會好咸,岩的。 蒸蛋落左蟹肉,蛋滑而鮮;而主菜個丼,啲魚生/ 刺身明顯好新鮮,飯落左色水,估計豉油,有味而不咸,搭配上來不俗。食完一個餐再吃飯後果,滿足😌。另外想講,老闆好友善,會同你傾計又會知你打卡而幫你收碟擺碟。

第一次食,店舖小小枱不算多,要去食最好就係一早book定,刺身及壽司都很新鮮,雖然餐牌食物不多,但質量是好的👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻,下次會再去食,因為見隔離枱食的丼很吸引

冇咩胃口想食下刺食,見呢間元朗小店好受歡迎,一於試吓佢!嗌咗個火炙刺身丼,入面有兩片灸燒三文魚、兩片赤蝦、同兩片左口魚,仲有好多配料,有菇、姜同埋黃瓜。刺身新鮮好味道,平時對蝦麻麻嘅我都覺得幾好味。終於搵到刺身飯,係由醬油醋味嘅,就算唔使點樣再落醬油已經覺得好味!個人覺得係好食高質嘅,不過份量有啲偏細份,食完都仲係有啲肚餓😂

一直放喺想去List好耐,週六中午就去左食,入面唔算太多位置,繁忙時間可能需要稍稍等位!午市套餐仲包左麵豉湯、飯後水果,幾抵食。🍣角切魚生丼 $108★★★★☆刺身略略唔夠凍,但勝在份量足,夠豐盛,有三文魚、蝦、魷魚、吞拿魚等各種刺身粒,加上新鮮有口感,食落超正!呢個價位黎講好抵食!🍣炙燒丼 $98★★★☆☆炙燒都唔錯有左加魚、原隻蝦、魚、三文魚,新鮮嘅,但唔算好肥美。個人覺得佢唔夠炙燒,冇個種焦香感同埋D魚油燒到逼出黎。但整體黎講都係唔錯嘅!醋飯都夠味,但可以再軟燸啲!🌟總括:元朗少見呢種級數嘅日本小店,味道中上,用料新鮮,價錢抵,會再去幫襯!

一入到去小店嘅感覺氛圍好好,服務態度都好好,店員好主動幫你添茶,用QR CODE落單,佢用嘅食材都食得出好新鮮,睇到出壽司師傅對食材係有要求,我咁啱遇到點嘅食物無晒,壽司師傅會主動建議你食咩或者由佢幫你揀,出壽司時師傅都會同你介紹轉咗咩款,食完又會問你啱唔啱食,再同你介紹同平時出面食嘅有啲咩唔一樣,喺等待同食緊嘅過程中,你會感受到師傳對自己嘅食材十分有信心。雖然佢唔係低價位嘅壽司,但佢食材質素同埋服務態度,絕對係一間值得一試嘅壽司小店。
