朋友從加拿大回港,晚飯聚會。朋友想吃食日式料理刺身,向店員提出後,她稍作介紹。我們先點紅肉的葉血引,名字比較少見。肉質爽口,魚味濃,師傅將表皮稍加火灸,口感更豐富。除了刺身後,店內也有不同的日本酒和生啤提供,也有提供居酒屋的菜式。我們點了牛舌心串燒、炸白蝦做佐酒菜。之後我們也點了白肉的目仁奈,今次配酸汁食用。因為是白肉,魚味相對淡一點,師傅以薄切上,味道不錯,肉質有點似𩶘魚。整體上,食物質素好,招待也沒有投訴。價錢方面,我認為與食物質素成正比,開業3年仍然生存,絕對有存在的價值。 continue reading
