特登嚟元朗試吓傳說中都好味出名嘅沙嗲牛肉麵。午餐時間約排了15-20分鐘隊。「沙嗲牛肉蟹王麵 」湯底:佢嘅沙嗲醬係花生醬加沙茶醬,又帶點甜味,唔辣。唔算係最濃稠嘅質地,但係味道都夠濃郁。牛肉:係傳統茶餐廳嗰種牛肉嘅質感,但係整得都嫩滑,唔會有梳打粉味。通常我食茶餐廳沙嗲牛肉麵都唔會想食嗰啲牛肉,但係呢間餐廳嘅牛肉,係會食晒嘅。麵條:蟹黃麵要加+$4。似係唸唸地嘅公仔麵嘅質地。其實唔明點解要叫蟹王麵?都冇蟹黃嘅味道。不過anyway,同個沙嗲牛肉麵都夾嘅。整體係好味。🤔「沙嗲牛肉福麵」我覺得福面冇蟹王麵咁夾。因為福麵本身有味,加埋個湯底都幾鹹吓。下次可能都係就咁要出前一丁算啦。🤔「炸豬扒」見好多枱都點咗炸豬扒,心諗係咪需要試㗎?食後覺得冇咩特別,唔係話特別出色。我個人覺得唔使特別試。另外佢啲豬扒呈現粉紅色,硬係令我覺得唔知佢炸得熟未?「芝士流心蛋炒牛肉三文治」呢個三文治好好味。食唔到芝士嘅味道,不過都唔緊要。佢嘅流心蛋滑滑地夾埋炒牛肉,整體又入味,又有嫩滑嘅口感,再配以脆脆嘅烘底麵包,整體係滿意好味!呢間對比九龍城嘅方榮記,或者係牛頭角嘅榮記沙嗲牛肉麵,味道係更加接近平時茶餐廳早餐嗰種味道嘅提升版。而方榮記嘅沙嗲牛麵,就似係火鍋濃縮咗一碗精華嘅麵,兩者嘅味道同牛肉嘅口感都好唔同。環境: ★★☆☆☆食物: ★★★★☆推介指數: ★★★★★ continue reading

經過成日都見門口大排長龍,有好幾次想去食,但唔想排隊所以放棄有日終於的起心肝星期五大約12:00pm去,排4,5個人左右就有位。如果去食要預咗搭枱,同埋都坐得幾close吓😅適合食完即閃🫨聽到隔離枱叫沙爹牛肉麵,要炒牛肉,就照跟人嗌😆仲叫咗份炸豬扒D牛肉炒過真係唔同d👍🏻唔同出面茶記嘅牛肉沙爹汁好香濃,仲要勁多汁😋炸豬扒我覺得正常,可能炒牛肉太出色,即時比下去整體食物都唔錯,但實在坐得太迫太唔舒服😅 continue reading
