To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

紅日前夕約朋友黎大學站食酒店buffet，6點幾去到都8成full～Openrice book位有6~7折，計返都唔算好貴。最緊要環境坐得幾舒服，staff全部都好友善有禮貌，好加分💯1915同1930會叩鐘，分別有芝士焗龍蝦同斧頭扒，可以排隊拎～條隊勁快所以完全唔使擔心😂，2樣都好好食😍🔅海鮮有長腳蟹、龍蝦、扇貝，夠新鮮，幾肥美🤭🔅熟食主要分中同西式，睇完黑白大廚見到東坡肉忍唔住想食😆，都幾入味，仲有鮑魚、花膠、蒸石斑🐟、車仔麵🍜🔅沙律冷盤選擇都好豐富，魚生都唔錯🍣🔅甜品比一般酒店甜品好食、好多都得個樣🤣，仲要選擇夠多。法式千層酥既酥皮唔會太厚，又夠脆，唔會食到好狼狽🤭。另外仲有即叫即整pancake、雪糕、生果等等～🍍超超超甜！窩夫新鮮出爐都幾香幾脆🔅飲品選擇唔算多，不過呢樣唔係重點所以ok🤣💬雖然酒店喺大學站但都好就腳，環境、食物同staff都比之前食過既好，overall好滿意😳
