To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Lunch唔知食咩好就過去品穀睇下有咩包，順便想買布甸撻，不過呢次俾前面買晒所以試唔到(無限每人購買件數)，好彩隔幾日同事成功買到，請左一隻我食🥺，所以順便share埋。🔅宇治納言比高 ($25)品穀既bagel咁出名，梗係要試下。包體超煙韌，紅豆唔會太甜，麻糬就偏軟糯，不過抹茶味唔算好濃，但覺得餡料可以再多少少🙈。🔅經典牛角 ($25)Croissant見佢焗得咁靚都買左個試。之前自己分別試左 @bakehousehk 同 @sourdoughcafehk既，前者較甜較鬆軟，有蜂巢pattern，後者就脆啲牛油香啲。品穀牛油味無咁搶，食落都唔會油淋淋，口感比另外2間酥脆😍，不過真係酥脆到一路食一路跌🤣。🔅布甸撻 ($21)撻約6cm高，撻皮唔算厚。拎返屋企焗熱食聞到好香蛋味，蛋漿加左雲呢嗱籽，所以食落又香又嫩滑😋。不過加左雲呢嗱籽可能就令個撻定價稍高😂。💬最出名既bagel食過覺得無咩特別，但croissant幾出色，撻幾好食就但偏貴。排隊見佢既甜品櫃既撻仲吸引，有機會會再試😋。
