To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放假抖下都要晨早流流起身食早餐本身覺得有啲反智😂，但見男朋友好期待咁就唯有努力爬起身😌。去到大概9點左右，都已經幾full (早餐無記錯去到10:30)。2人位就枱唔係好大，叫左茶有個茶壺就更加逼🤣。野食唔詳細介紹，但好多種類，基本上你早餐食到既野都有💛。有中式、西式、糕點、生果、salad等等，比較特別係omelette仲有得自己order睇住佢即刻整😚。✅All day breakfast類(?):scrambled egg係清得特別快，炒得偏熟少少但都夠滑，其他都唔錯，係beacon燶左啲就會偏硬。✅香烤薯仔: 最鐘意連皮烤既薯仔！好香又唔會好重seasoning😍，又唔會太硬身，烤到啱啱好。✅中式粉麵: 類似台灣食滷味咁夾餸去個籃到，叫埋呢食咩麵就有staff即刻本整，加埋湯意外地又唔錯，唔算好濃味朝早食啱晒👍🏻。❎包類: 凍左既包會扣分😂，牛角酥同muffin呢啲無得擺番去toaster所以差咁啲，雞蛋仔拎左先見佢整左底新既🙈，凍食味道都ok既，不過一定無熱食咁香。同埋muffin偏甜，食左幾啖就頂唔順🙈。💬入去時門口staff會問有冇試過佢地既自助早餐，無既會簡單介紹下同埋

💬入去時門口staff會問有冇試過佢地既自助早餐，無既會簡單介紹下同埋帶位去坐👍🏻，好貼心，唔怕睇漏左某啲corner (見過有人講唔知有包類雞蛋仔嗰邊😂)。整體而言早餐相當唔錯，係包類差少少，一次都好難試晒咁多款野食，有機會一定會再黎住eaton食過早餐🤣。
