To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食呢間同事早一日book都竟然book到枱😎，平時早幾日book都未必有bar枱坐…呢間夜晚係酒吧，午市就普通西餐。坐位好舒服，樓底極高無壓逼感，環境好好，店員都好nice 👍🏻。🔅日式燒鰻魚 & 胡麻醬田園沙律鰻魚都幾大條，同埋可能我少食西餐(睇我ig多都知我食頹野多😂)，覺得鰻魚做前菜好新奇🤣。沙律都幾新鮮爽口。🔅香煎安格斯肉眼扒 (10oz) ($188)之前食就好正，今日有啲失水準，塊扒熟左少少，少少痴牙同埋有啲筋。🔅茄蓉香草牛柳粒螺絲粉 ($178)螺絲粉呢個反而幾出色，唔會太腍，都算大碟。蕃茄味酸酸甜甜幾開胃，牛柳粒唔痴牙，大細切得啱啱好，加埋啲香草好正。💬午市無加一，食物質素大路，最緊要環境好，推薦灣仔區番工想悠閒食個lunch，chill下既同路人。
