是夜約左舊同事係觀塘聚會,知道觀塘多野食,所以一定叫佢推介。佢建議去K2 Kitchen,因為食過覺得抵食又好食,所以一定要帶我食。Book好位,晚上8點準時現身。 睇地圖以為離地鐵站好遠,但原來5分鐘左右。係冠力工業大廈內,因為過左8點,所以要係樓下登記。到左13樓,一眼就望到個餐廳招牌。入到去,已經好熱鬧,差不多坐滿左人,而且一入門口就見到侍應哥哥係度切緊大大隻風乾火腿。 我地點左個set dinner,因為加$48蚊轉套餐,就可以埋餐湯、飲品及甜品。頭盤分別揀左香芒鮮果蝦沙律配青檸泡沫和自家製巴馬火腿豬手凍批。外形好驚喜,青檸泡沫堆得好高,沙律醬係鮮黃色的,以哈蜜瓜、士多啤梨、菠蘿、奇異果及火龍果粒混合而成,酸甜開胃,而且好清新,好鍾意,原本有啲悶悶地,但食完佢胃口立刻大開。 豬手凍批似件厚切午餐肉,但其實是用火腿製成,可以見到一粒粒的豬肉及豬皮,食落口感覺是帶啫喱的口感,有少少漿口,但又爽口。其實它就是中國版的冰鎮肴肉,但是變了西餐版,啫喱部份少了,但同樣好食。 湯方面點了個廚師餐湯及一個蟹肉粟米茸湯。廚師餐湯係南瓜湯,感覺比較普通,反而蟹肉粟米茸湯就
