是夜約左舊同事係觀塘聚會,知道觀塘多野食,所以一定叫佢推介。佢建議去K2 Kitchen,因為食過覺得抵食又好食,所以一定要帶我食。Book好位,晚上8點準時現身。 睇地圖以為離地鐵站好遠,但原來5分鐘左右。係冠力工業大廈內,因為過左8點,所以要係樓下登記。到左13樓,一眼就望到個餐廳招牌。入到去,已經好熱鬧,差不多坐滿左人,而且一入門口就見到侍應哥哥係度切緊大大隻風乾火腿。 我地點左個set dinner,因為加$48蚊轉套餐,就可以埋餐湯、飲品及甜品。頭盤分別揀左香芒鮮果蝦沙律配青檸泡沫和自家製巴馬火腿豬手凍批。外形好驚喜,青檸泡沫堆得好高,沙律醬係鮮黃色的,以哈蜜瓜、士多啤梨、菠蘿、奇異果及火龍果粒混合而成,酸甜開胃,而且好清新,好鍾意,原本有啲悶悶地,但食完佢胃口立刻大開。 豬手凍批似件厚切午餐肉,但其實是用火腿製成,可以見到一粒粒的豬肉及豬皮,食落口感覺是帶啫喱的口感,有少少漿口,但又爽口。其實它就是中國版的冰鎮肴肉,但是變了西餐版,啫喱部份少了,但同樣好食。 湯方面點了個廚師餐湯及一個蟹肉粟米茸湯。廚師餐湯係南瓜湯,感覺比較普通,反而蟹肉粟米茸湯就

湯方面點了個廚師餐湯及一個蟹肉粟米茸湯。廚師餐湯係南瓜湯,感覺比較普通,反而蟹肉粟米茸湯就好清甜,而且食到絲絲蟹肉係湯入面,用麵包點黎食,脆脆的,好好味!!!而且熱辣辣,飲完個身暖晒。

到了主菜部份,先黎左個澳洲和牛伴獨子黑蒜配喜瑪拉雅山礦物鹽。大大的一塊,好厚肉,表面望落有啲黑,但切開入面卻透著嫩粉紅色。熟的程度剛好而且無血水流出。牛肉油脂豐富,食落口滿滿的牛油香。伴碟的蔬菜都好有心思,每粒都由廚師親手削成。

伴碟醬汁亦有3種顏色,分別係紫薯、青豆茸及南瓜。侍應即場幫我地灑上礦物鹽,牛扒加左鹽更加帶出左個牛味。黑蒜甜甜地,有啲痴口,第一次食,估唔到蒜頭都可以變得咁好食同埋易入口。

我欣賞有骨黑豚豬鞍個蘋果茸醬汁,豬鞍本身好肥美肉厚,淺粉紅色的豬肉,好易切,而且肉質好有彈性。點上酸酸甜甜的蘋果茸,好神奇,兩者完美結合,去除了豬的肥膩感,成件事變得好清新。豬鞍份量好多,所以啖啖肉食得好滿足。呢兩個主菜,我地都覺得好滿意,因為小店做得好有水準。味道啱晒食肉獸的兩個人。

跟餐甜品係熱情果朱古力mousse,上枱一刻,呆左!!點解連個跟餐甜品都可以咁有心思???成幅中國畫咁,侍應哥哥話,大廚對食物味道及賣相都好有要求,而且好有堅持,希望客人食得開心之餘,視覺上亦要滿足。

我望住眼前的7朵小花,綻放得好靚,真係唔捨得食。個mousse有2層,上面係朱古力,下面係熱情果,一啲都唔漏,而且夠晒凍,好似食緊件雪糕蛋糕咁,又唔太甜,配上少少士多啤梨醬,好好食,好啱我胃口。

難得一場黎到,見到餐牌有我鍾意的黑松露雪糕,當然要試埋先心息。大大杯黑松露糕,48大洋,太抵食了吧????個松露雪糕大大球,肉眼見到粒粒松露係上面,食落口松露飄香之餘又有奶味,好creamy好香,真係無得輸!!!個底仲要有好多新鮮生果消濟。

朋友就點左個焦糖蘋果批,新鮮即製,所以等得有啲耐,但上枱一刻,條氣順返晒,因為畫左大大朵玫瑰係上面,好吸睛。玉桂味好香,個酥皮做得鬆脆之餘,蘋果批卻仍然軟熟,微甜帶甜的蘋果肉,份量唔算太大,但真係做得好出色,新鮮熱辣又滿滿的蘋果香,比好多出面的餐廳出色好多。

成餐飯食左2個幾鐘,閒日晚上人都頗多,去之前最好book定位,食埋個甜品,大家都已經飽到好滿足,埋單$770連加一,每人$400蚊都唔使,真係好好好抵食,仲要食左3款甜品~~~

食物水準高、價錢親民,呢間工廈西餐,真係無得輸,絕對推推推介介介呀!!!!!!
