To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 越南之旅返黎已經大半個月,開始懷念越南野的味道,所以放工約朋友去尋找越南的味道。因為朋友係灣仔返工,唔想走遠,所以上openrice揾到安南越式牛肉粉,因為夠就腳。 點左個蒜蓉牛油焗頂級大頭蝦二人餐,配2碗湯粉、雞翼及飲品。外加了一個上湯時蔬和米紙卷。大蝦製作需時,所以等得比較耐,但其他食物上菜都頗快。飲品先上,三色冰略嫌甜度不夠,奶味太多,但蜂蜜柚子茶就好夠熱同夠味。 扎肉米紙卷係大大件,雖然只有4件,但份量好足,每件都肥肥大大。入面有檬粉、扎肉、青瓜、蝦米及蘿葡絲,同越南的有得比。 然後來了生牛肉湯河,好大碗,好多河粉係入面,生牛肉粉紅色的好吸引,而且味道也和越南當地食到的差不多。配料有生菜、洋葱絲、青葱、蝦米和九層塔。微濃的湯底配上爽滑的河粉,是我喜愛的味道。生牛肉肉質也夠嫩滑,食起黎感覺就係越南味。或者話,我喜愛的越南味,其實不在越南,而係係香港!!! 雞翼平時我係唔食的,但因為朋友點左,有4大隻,所以我幫佢食一隻。但一食驚為天人,炸得好鬆脆,牛油味好香,皮脆肉嫩,加上面頭的蒜蓉,香脆好食,好出色的雞翼,不可錯過。 到了主角龍蝦出場,龍蝦好

雞翼平時我係唔食的,但因為朋友點左,有4大隻,所以我幫佢食一隻。但一食驚為天人,炸得好鬆脆,牛油味好香,皮脆肉嫩,加上面頭的蒜蓉,香脆好食,好出色的雞翼,不可錯過。

到了主角龍蝦出場,龍蝦好大隻,鮮橙色的,有成隻手掌咁大,加上大大隻蝦蚶,上面鋪上了厚厚的蒜蓉,所以蒜味濃郁,好蒜之人大愛。龍蝦肉肥美又彈牙,一拆肉即開,好食。

上湯西蘭花,份量好多,簡單的白灼,加上清湯,是簡單的美味,而且感覺好健康。

二人埋單每人$190有找,覺得大件夾扺食,而且食到飽飽,都二百蚊唔使。享受了寧靜的一個晚上,又懷念了越南的味道,食得滿足又坐得舒服,值得一試的越南餐廳。
