放工同事興沖沖來約我食飯,因為話公司條街開了一家新店,正好媽不在家,也沒有大志,只好跟他去吃了。   店子不大,但要上一條小樓梯,風格簡潔,牆上掛了當日時令食材的牌子,就是日式小店的味道。 坐下先來了一客前陣子食過的北寄貝壽司。雖然顏色是灰灰黑黑的,但係質感鮮爽彈牙,好好食。  小小的刺身拼盤有金目鯛、池魚和帆立貝。兩個人來說份量剛好。金目鯛顏色鮮紅,外皮閃亮,是新鮮貨色。池魚銀亮亮的外表下是肥美帶爽的魚肉。凡立貝也不用說是滿口的鮮甜味道。    松葉蟹腳壽司很得意,蟹腳連殻放在壽司上面,蟹腳帶膠質口感,甜甜地,點些豉油味道剛好。   火炙A4和牛壽司上有姜蓉,入口牛味濃郁,而且肥美非常。夾少許紫蘇葉,有畫龍點睛之效,食完滿口油香。 燒南非鮑魚簡簡單單的,上枱一刻已經調好味,所以只需點上青葱就可入口。    焗釀松葉蟹蓋第一次食,外型吸引,蟹蓋上是滿滿的焗芝士沙律醬。挖起蟹蓋,芝士下又是滿滿的蟹肉!芝士、蟹肉和白飯,是完美的結合,滋味得令人食唔停口。我認為是必食之選!飽肚又好食!    所以最後點了條燒日本花魚作結。條魚燒得好香,魚皮帶韌,但肉質結實,雖然骨亦頗多,但慢慢食又幾惹味。

小店門口或許不顯眼,但食物質素卻很討人歡喜,而且價格親民禮貌周到,令人食得好開心。lunch要再黎多次試下。
