「世界第一碗米芝蓮一星拉麵」,是我第一眼看到此店門面的朵。豪氣,卻也真。 「蔦 Tsuta」來自東京,是當地米芝蓮一星拉麵店,在舊年登陸銅鑼灣,旋即得到「2018 港澳米芝蓮車胎人美食推介」,甚氣勢如虹: 店子座位是吧枱設計,可以望到師傅們煮麵的情況: 說真,小弟不是「日本控」,卻甚愛吃日本拉麵;在沒怎麼胃口的情況下吃飯,拉麵是不錯的選擇。我尤愛喝湯底,乃師傅心血所在,正所謂「一湯入魂」: 這晚我先吃新品「白湯」系列,即是用上清雞湯做湯底。「照燒雞味玉拉麵」$125 慣例先喝湯,有些像家裡弄花膠煲雞湯的濃郁版,很清甜,喝得出有下過功夫: 照燒雞塊甚大片,有焦香感: 麵條富彈性,掛湯力不錯: 其餘配菜有粟米粒、蘑菇、洋蔥、流心玉子等,很快就被我 K.O.了! 吃一碗似乎不夠喉,吃多個「照燒雞辛味玉拉麵」$131 比之前的「白湯」,它有多一重醇厚的刺激感。貼士是在吃時撈些附上的蕃茄膏,可增強層次感和甜美度,會更好吃: 堅流心的玉子: Side dishes 點了些小吃,四人互相分享。「日式煎餃子」$45 「日式水煮餃子」$45 香脆鬆化「日式炸雞塊」$4
