去完大館做偽文青之後,決定去蘭桂坊搵好西食。呢間係蘭桂坊尾既Steak Bar最近都多人食,一聽個名就知係食牛,難得有吉列牛就梗係試一試。成個餐有前菜沙律(超好食!)同凍豆腐(冇咩特別)、灑上超多味素嘅白飯、同主食吉列牛扒(份量都算多, 有成兩塊扒)。店員建議我哋舊牛燒1分鐘左右就可以食,由於我同寶寶都鍾意食比較Rare既牛,燒左30秒左右就食。一食,炸粉比其他同行來講算厚身少少,脆脆地幾正。而舊牛扒嘅脂肪比例都幾好,唔會話有根,食落Juicy。不過,牛扒冇咩醃製過,所以主要都係靠旁邊嘅鹽同埋醬汁調味,呢樣野就有好有唔好啦。我自己最鍾意嘅食法就係點返少量嘅鹽,帶返出嗰個鮮味。另外,我哋都叫咗一個和風紫菜薯條,好多嘅和風紫菜粉耍左係粗嘅波浪薯條上,趁熱食感覺都幾正,(對比Shake Shake薯條來講,呢個口感冇咁淋,升Lev左不少。當然價錢都貴啲啲啦, 止下口痕都唔錯)😈-吉列炸牛扒餐 Deep Fried Beef Cutlet | $188和風紫菜薯條 | $48-
