吃完毛蟹蟹膏再戰松葉蟹蟹膏!在製作過程中,廚師將蟹膏、蟹肉絲、蟹籽、生鵪鶉蛋和香葱放在蟹蓋裡面,再將蟹蓋放上爐燒。其口感較為厚實,味道偏鹹,帶有陣陣烤過的香味。將滿佈蟹肉和蟹籽的蟹膏塗在米通上吃,口感層次超豐富!
