To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔講真係唔知，原來蘭桂坊都有開can.teen，價錢都幾親民，地點都好方便，平日放lunch如果唔想食太貴，都可以考慮下。皇牌黯然銷魂飯($59)因為佢話係皇牌，所以叫咗個試下。賣相都唔錯，隻蛋煎到有脆邊，而且蛋黃仲係流心！叉燒份量都ok多，個人比較鐘意瘦啲嘅叉燒，所以都幾啱我。佢個邊燶燶地咁，最鍾意食呢啲位！味道都夠晒入味，加埋蛋黃汁撈飯啱啱好。招牌去骨海南雞飯($69)揀呢個因為佢話係招牌，應該有保證。我個人比較鍾意呢一款，因為望落好豐富，仲配埋個中湯。中湯係南瓜栗子瘦肉湯，好清甜，又多配料。海南雞啲肉質都嫩滑，又唔多肥膏。佢另外仲配埋萵筍，整體上比較健康咁，啱我。如果鍾意食海南雞飯同黯然銷魂飯嘅朋友，又想喺中環平平地食餐飯嘅話，不妨試下呢間。

皇牌黯然銷魂飯($59)
