其實我久仰呢間餐廳大名好耐,因為佢成日賣廣告,又話米之蓮一星,好吸引咁,佢竟然響元朗都開咗分店,我二話不説搵埋朋友一齊去試吓啦!佢個地點都幾方便,近元朗西鐵站隔離嘅形點一期,入面座位都幾多,可能係星期二嘅夜晚我哋唔使等位好快就有位坐😛其實來之前我已經睇定左幾款網上嘅人話一定要食嘅餸菜,睇佢嘅Menu嘅時候入面都有重點推介到,我哋當然要揀。前菜方面我哋揀咗蝦苗拌頭水紫菜($52),聽講呢隻紫菜非常珍貴,Menu上面又話一年只採集一次,又話紫菜中嘅黃金,好似好勁咁😂擺盤非常精緻,佢嘅味道唔錯,好似四川涼拌菜不過就不是辣的,而是酸酸地好開胃👍跟住我哋揀咗酥炒芋芯($89), 係用芋頭芯去炸,係最軟糯最鬆化嗰一部份,味道甜甜地,而且粒粒都外酥內糯,一粒接一粒,好易食多左唔覺!我哋重點左佢最近季節性推出嘅紅菇燉土雞($198),原來係一個湯嚟嘅,可能係紅菇成煲湯都都好紅,不過佢呢個湯真係好足料同埋好好飲,清得來又唔會好油膩,好似阿媽燉嘅雞湯一樣,有屋企飲雞湯嘅感覺啊!個個都話要試的百秒黃花魚($69),100秒應該係一個啱啱好嘅時間將魚整熟,先會令到魚肉又嫰又鮮,我建議一上檯就即刻食,咁樣就可以

個個都話要試的百秒黃花魚($69),100秒應該係一個啱啱好嘅時間將魚整熟,先會令到魚肉又嫰又鮮,我建議一上檯就即刻食,咁樣就可以保持到佢嘅鮮嫩,耐左少少食可能肉質就唔同左啦。

講我哋食飽之際,佢最後仲上埋呢個莆田滷麵($82),佢入面嘅材料非常之豐富,一共有十二種,有蝦,蜆,菜,肉,菇等,配上上海麵一起煮,味道唔錯,不過可能一早煮定麵身有啲漲了。
