全新泰國餐廳「摩登堂 More than Thai 」登陸荃灣廣場,感覺相對新派,仲有部份特色打卡菜式,以及大量加入泰式元素嘅飲品、水果茶、沙冰,及雪糕甜品等等。冬陰功紅蝦湯 ($88/2位用): 原鍋上keep warm唔怕變凍急住飲。湯頭偏濃郁,冬陰功味重,有大量海鮮,包括紅蝦兩隻、魷魚、青口及蜆,整體新鮮,亦令個湯更香甜,最後,辣度適中(對本人而言,因湯內有大量指天辣粒,大概有譚仔小辣程度,友人飲一啖已經頂唔順,但食開譚仔特辣的我表示正常並有少少辣味)。炭燒牛肉串燒 ($18@ 3串起): 肉嫩帶點脂肪,油香豐富,肉味適中,加上沙嗲醬汁,幾惹味。手工月亮炸蝦餅 ($58/4件): 外層酥脆,肉質緊緻Q彈,蝦味濃郁,蘸泰式香辣/甜酸醬更香口。泰國D24榴槤酥球 ($48/4件): 外皮香脆,內裡軟糯,非常酥香,D24榴槤味頗香甜。鮮芒生椰楊枝金露 ($42): 飲品其實都幾大杯,500ML,飲完都好飲食左個甜品咁,沙冰仲誇,750ML成座山咁高。芒果份量多,富椰香,好似食緊楊枝金露糖水咁。
