👋今晚我來到了位於西環的星薈館。眼前呢份豪華晚餐,每一樣食材都經過師傅精緻嘅處理,呈現喺面前真係太美味喇!嚟,跟住我慢慢介紹下啦。🥢首先,前菜“巴蛋木蜜烤栗子南瓜”,師傅渾然天成嘅烹調手藝令人驚嘆。南瓜好濃厚,光係聞味就已經先俾人一大食欲啦!🤩再嚟就更加無得輸,口感滿分,微微帶點甜味。接著就嚟試一試“絕味豆豉黃魚”,豆豉香氣扑鼻而來🐟,黃魚吃落口又嫩又鮮,讓人打從心底感到舒暢同滿足。👏嚟到“椒麻老滷乳鴿”。食落口,啖啖肉汁嘅味道好濃郁,爽口無比,唔知點解會想到古人話 “醉翁之意不在酒”,我覺得應該係 “吃貨之樂並不只在食”😋而最令我期待嘅主打菜式“牛肝菌花膠燉響螺湯"",真係一試傾心。啲湯好淡雅,每一口都係完美嘅平衡。透過呢個湯,我領略到星薈館嘅百變和創新,佢哋嘅每一個菜式都有佢獨一無二的滋味。🍲至於佢哋嘅特色料理包括""貴州酸湯海馬友魚柳""同""梅菜帶子叉燒紫羅炒菜苗"",每一款食物都處理得非常好,調味恰到好處,口感豐富又有層次感,每一口都是驚喜。😍一餐將結束,點一個清新的“生磨蛋白杏仁茶”,一邊看著窗外的景色,一邊享受這頓美食,真的是幸福感滿滿!💓
