To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喜喜嘅裝修係玩復古,入到去恍如置身係六七十年代,好多影相位,每次嚟到喜喜都會食喜喜三寶飯,但今次就試下佢地嘅茶餐,常餐有兩款,一款係叉燒湯意粉(可轉通粉),另一款係貴少少嘅鮮茄牛腩粒湯通粉,今次試晒兩款,先講叉燒湯意粉肉質鮮嫩,唔乾,湯底濃郁,非常好味,鮮茄牛腩粒轉咗通粉,湯底非常濃郁,酸酸甜甜味道出色,牛腩粒問得好淋,唔使3分鐘就已經請咗食碗,茶餐附上火腿䓤花炒滑蛋同埋香滑炒蛋都同樣出式,仲有個半塊厚多士都好好味,會再幫襯!
