To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一間位於佐敦及油麻地交界的自助餐，餐廳裝修新穎，顏色配搭鮮艷，位置闊落，而食物區域分布喺唔同角落，人流會有所調節，而我最欣賞呢間自助餐嘅地方，就係佢嘅熟食非常吸引，絕對值得一試！———1️⃣燒牛肉不得不說呢個燒牛肉肉香不錯！肉質軟林，有一定嘅質素，以自助餐嚟講，我覺得佢係滿分！2️⃣燒豬肉豬肉烤得超脆身，豬肉味香，唔會好多肥豬肉，讚！3️⃣生蠔絕對係驚喜加分位，生蠔質素不錯，海鮮味香！4️⃣意大利烤雜菜蕃茄醬汁調味香，配合新鮮蔬菜，非常開胃！5️⃣片皮鴨呢個完全係我意料之外，唔好以為係任食就質素唔好，佢完全係我會俾錢買嘅質素，片皮鴨味道出色，我自己都食咗兩轉！6️⃣通粉沙律完全估唔到佢嘅沙律非常出色，如果我係買lunch box，呢個沙律絕對會係我嘅選擇！7️⃣忌廉牛肉餅超好食嘅炸忌廉餅，外脆內軟，薯仔味香，牛肉味亦都出！刺身、甜品、泰式菜呢幾種食物相對上就冇咁出色啦，但係其他食物相對質素都偏高！所以絕對值得大家來一試！———評價：❤️ 熟食出色之選🦪 生蠔開心👨‍👩‍👧‍👧 一家大細聚餐之選✅ 食物質素與價錢相符推介指數：❤️❤️❤️❤️（五個心心為滿分）

不得不說呢個燒牛肉肉香不錯！肉質軟林，有一定嘅質素，以自助餐嚟講，我覺得佢係滿分！

2️⃣燒豬肉

豬肉烤得超脆身，豬肉味香，唔會好多肥豬肉，讚！

3️⃣生蠔

絕對係驚喜加分位，生蠔質素不錯，海鮮味香！

4️⃣意大利烤雜菜

蕃茄醬汁調味香，配合新鮮蔬菜，非常開胃！

5️⃣片皮鴨
