To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 紀念日豪食少少,經朋友推介去左食壽司之神,唔係日本果間,係元朗區既!呢間壽司之神原來已係香港開業超過十年,10年都屹立不倒,一定有番幾度散手。.店面大大隻招牌寫住壽司之神,水泥牆貼出menu,再有個木門,係外面完全睇唔到入面,私隱度好高,亦幾神秘。午餐由$480-$980,我揀左中間價位,$880 有15品。由於店面積唔大,最好預先預約,亦好比店準備食材。今日接待我地既師傅望落年紀輕輕,但原來都已經有19 年經驗。佢仲要一路準備食物,又一路分享佢對食材既睇法,食到美食之餘,又學到知識。由於廚師發辦係不時不食,所以每次都會有分別,有特別想食既可以預先打電話去問下有冇。連前菜到甜品有19樣咁多,唔樣樣講,揀啲我覺得印象深刻既介紹。🔹水雲醋物 🔹水雲係一種黏黏稠稠既海藻,好有營養,以醋物方式入饌酸酸地幾開胃。🔹兵庫縣生蠔🔹口感爽而鮮甜,肉質肥美飽滿,完全唔會腥。🔹鱈魚刺身🔹魚味淡但口感爽身。🔹 鱈魚白子🔹第一次食都要唞啖大氣先敢擺入口,師傅話係熟既令我有啲信心。入口柔滑順口,係完全唔腥,好creamy,配上香蔥幾清新,唔怪得有人好鐘意。🔹甜蝦蓉配蝦膏醬 鍋巴底🔹一啖過吞,除左食到甜蝦軟糯有膠

全餐最重口食物,口感好似鵝肝咁細滑豐腴,入口即化。因為比較heavy, 所以搭灑左啲柚子皮解解膩。

由瘦到肥美,甚至特別部位如腦天都試勻,水準都中上,特別係腦天入口軟滑無筋,魚味濃郁,肥而不油膩。

🔹海膽系列🔹
白海膽味道層次豐富、紫海膽有兩款一款較清甜,另一款較濃味。想講師傅比海膽絕不手軟,海膽既質素都好高。

Lunch 黎講食$880 唔算平,但勝在材料新鮮,食得又舒服,都值得再黎。
