ETNA -新開業的一家意大利餐廳,位於天后電氣道,地鐵站A2出口直走一分鐘左右即達,在金輪新天地3樓,佔地全層,裝潢時尚具格調,位置寬敞舒適,走中價路線,無論是商務或普通聚會,均十分適合。餐廳設有室外雅座,由於天氣漸冷,坐在外頭也蠻舒適,環境亦不錯,也是不少食客的選擇。Pinot Grigio Growers ($78/Glass): 口感偏乾,帶微微酸味,以普通house wine來說,算是正常水平。Fried Portobella + Oyster Mushrooms ($88): 酥炸大蘑菇,炸得十分酥香脆身,內裡軟腍帶有肉汁,搭配甜酸醬汁 (volcano sauce),頗為惹味。Fried Calamari + Rock Shrimp ($118): 酥脆的炸蝦拌辣香蒜蛋黃醬,蝦仁脆香爽彈,嫩滑且具肉汁,而醬汁微辣惹味,十分出色。Brandt Beef Tri Tip Steak ($398): 烤布蘭特「三角尖牛肉」,原肉呈三角形,又稱腰脊尖三角,牛味濃郁而富肉汁,牛排半熟,肉汁豐富,外層烤得香口,內層肉質細嫩,火候掌控得不錯。Grilled Iberico Pork C
