新年前就去左轉黃大仙拜個神問個籤,行完個大運後就當然先醫返個肚鳳凰新村個邊有間老字號車仔麵,當然要試下3-4點去到個陣已經坐左8成人,好似多數都係老街坊店舖亦好有懷舊風味,先到門口點送比錢,之後拎住碗野找位坐底食野,一個人既會有d論盡重點一提--枱前會兩個盛住蠔油汁同咖哩汁既銀色盆,蠔油汁令到個車仔麵更鮮味,而咖哩汁帶少少辣會更惹味,老細仲好大方咁比人任落今次就叫左三個送--雞翼尖, 牛筋同螺肉雞翼尖同出邊不同,出邊好多都係滷水,但呢到就係咖哩汁,不過咖哩味不濃牛筋好推介食落唔會太痴牙,好有膠質會好煙韌螺肉亦係推介之一,出邊比較少呢個款式,螺肉身好肥美,食落好爽口同入味,帶少少辣更惹味總括黎講:車仔麵係港式風味之一,去返d老店幫襯果然有一番風味
