To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

實不相瞞豬仔係一位隱世蕃薯狂迷早午餐淨食蕃薯都覺得開心滿足所以行過見到呢間名為大蕃薯嘅西餐廳已經深深地吸引豬仔眼球而且餐廳當真有多款以蕃薯入饌嘅菜式蕃薯豬齋睇個菜式名都流哂口水但無幾耐先嘆完下午荼，戰鬥食力仍未到頑強壯態唯有嗌番個"6兩+6兩" 套餐食住先雖然呢個只喺一人餐，但份量十足西冷扒以炭火燒香，半生熟而略帶微鹹，夾住雜菌菜飯嚟食感覺滿足藍青口，選了檸檬牛油汁醬汁清新鮮甜，令豬仔胃口大開一場嚟到梗喺要點杯特色蕃薯奶茶一啖飲落，大量蕃薯蓉，奶茶甜度剛好，茶味亦濃蕃薯迷一定喜歡套餐除有餐湯同包，亦有是日甜品-麵包布丁但豬仔無咩興趣，所以另堅持加多個招牌蘋果批焗過嘅蘋果仍可保持爽甜且粒粒分明，招牌貨果然不錯今次肚仔有限，下次再嚟要試埋其他番薯菜式同埋隻脆皮豬手先得
