Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 鍋貼溫度夠熱,外皮金黃香脆,可以看得出很用心去煎。鍋貼皮夠厚,很有北方風味。而最難得的是鍋貼內還有很多肉汁在裡面游來游去,當你一口餃下去時,吃到香脆的外皮,接著就是軟熟的皮,最後再品嚐內饀之際,還可飲下啖啖肉汁,真的是一個不錯的享受。

這道菜式賣相十分精緻,器皿很有詩意,彷如一幅畫似的。鴨件外皮薄脆,鴨肉則「原汁原味」,肉質也不錯,有多款配料及醬料以供包入潤皮內。這裡的潤皮很軟熟,筋力足,所以很煙勒,包入脆皮油香的鴨件,及爽脆的配料(青瓜、京蔥、蘿蔔片),再以沙糖及醬汁調味,包好一件件吃,真的值得推薦,但溫馨提示一下,如不喜歡「原汁原味」的話,則要配上醬料才可淨吃鴨件呢!此外,這道菜也要趁熱吃,不要把潤皮及鴨件冷卻才食用呢!否則會大打折扣啊!

一心想吃特色菜,特色甜品當然是不可缺少啦!所以我們選了拔絲香蕉。這道菜貫徹這食店的風格 - 味道不及賣相好,令人有過份期待呢!這甜品堆頭不少,又有表演看,有位職員會拿一大堆餐具來,又碟又叉,還有一盤精美的冰及水,最後有一金屬器皿放上炸好及沾滿軟糖漿熱辣辣的香蕉來,職員表演即場拔絲,把那香蕉件放入冰水,然後再放回金屬器皿內,目的是讓香蕉件外的軟糖漿快速凝固,再拉扯下,有拔絲的效果。可惜的是,職員不是廚師,技術真的不似預期,那糖漿因為拔絲技功夫不夠,達不到拔絲效果,所以糖皮較厚,部份地方更聚積一大塊糖漿,糖漿凝固後,變成超硬的外皮及糖塊,較難咬開,有點失望。

楊枝甘露則不過不失,可能是中央廚房產品,故失敗機率會較少。唯獨想一提的是,內裡的「西米」質感,跟我們平時吃的有所不同,不是煙韌款式,是爽口款式。

最後,最值得推介的是這裡的茶,比預期好飲及特別,有《瑰麗堂皇(玫瑰荔枝)》、《桂花烏龍》及《茉莉香片》及《杭州菊》任君選擇。我們選了《瑰麗堂皇(玫瑰荔枝)》及《桂花烏龍》,出奇地好飲,在一般中菜較少有,而最驚喜的是,這全是$13/位茶錢而已,點選上述茶,沒有另加收費,CP值極高

總結
此食店裝修極精美,員工服務亦很好,很用心。而餸菜賣相也很精美,打卡一流。可能被精緻的外表影響,對味道期待也因而提升,可惜的是,味道卻沒預期中好吃,食物本身的味道也不是很出色,但如整體連醬汁一併吃下,才會達到水準。
