To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. #### 菜式水準大跌####
進入餐廳,環境仍然清潔明亮。然而,當菜單上的美食陸續上桌時才發現,這裡的菜式水準已經大幅下滑,明顯的冷藏原材料,雪味仍未去,外層強加調味,外層味道過重,裏面淡然無味。招牌的北京烤鴨,鴨皮不夠酥脆,肉質也略顯乾柴,連配料的大蔥青瓜,亦只有兩三塊,寥寥可數。
#### 上菜馬得急####
此外,餐廳的菜品上得極為急促,幾乎是剛點完菜,服務員就迫不及待地將菜品一一端上,讓人感覺猶如在趕場。這樣的服務不僅影響了用餐的氛圍,更使得每道菜的品嚐過程都顯得匆忙,整體用餐氣氛變得猶如在茶餐廳。而且大概忙中有亂,最後上完甜品才發覺有一道主菜未上,在甜品後才上主菜的清炒時蔬,實在失望。

總的來說,對北京樓這次用餐十分失望。菜式質量的下降、味道的乏善可陳,難以想像這是老牌餐廳的質素。可一不可再

片皮鴨真的很棒,是要等約20-30分鐘,師傅即叫即片,片完之後 用一個大盤放好,有蠟燭係底! 夠保溫!! 麵粉皮一籠上,籠溫度很熱,應該係剛蒸好.... 拿上手還很熱😍😍😍

接住嚟就係齋玩片皮鴨。搞到我個塑料紙都快掛唔住哂咁多料😂!嗰啲鴨皮又香又脆,真係襯得上「回味無窮」幾個字;啲醬汁桂花滿園,鮮甜得嚟唔膩口,令啲鴨肉香滑無比,幾個字形容下—係咁滑!🦆
又點少得小籠包!湯汁飽滿彈牙,一入口就爆發出鮮美湯汁,肉添係鮮嫩多汁,海棠流水,啱哂食完小食再嚟個品茗趁涼。💧
飲品部分,個烏梅醋同蘋果醋就真係得心應手,夏天飲嘢唔就係要清新解暑咩!嗰啲梅味入口就正,再加上椰果添啲口感,酸酸甜甜開胃!飲咗後覺得清新舒泰。🍹
總結,呢家北京樓賣相得體價錢又合理,平平哋都可以食到啲咁有水準嘅中菜,被襲左都值得!下次再嚟試吓其他嘢!

真心好難,佢只係食得落口,

不好食,上菜已經唔熱,舊野好大舊咬第一啖已經唔想食想放棄,
唔脆又多粉,應該2餸飯都好食過佢

嘩,係宇宙最強怪味,非常難食,
口感差,已經唸唔到點形容.
4片皮鴨$398一隻
應該係主打菜,打完全唔值,
片得好樣衰,又唔香又唔脆老實講,我食左一舊已經無衝動想食第二舊......
5.小豆苗
呢碟已級臭青,臭青都唔緊要,豆苗都有渣既,
我食左一小口,吐左出來,已級劣質。
總結:
以上5樣,係呢餐飯數1數2,難食+失望既餐點,另外我仲食左其他有小籠包,賽磅蟹,炒飯..總有好幾道已經唸唔起叫咩名,仲有食左用匯豐卡優惠個套餐,全部都非常一般..
埋單$3xxx,總次失望至極,非常劣質又要扮高級既一間飯店,希望想去食既朋友,真係會睇下留言,再考慮食唔食,如果想試伏野,必試首選,只少有晒心理準備係劣質難食.
餐廳為美心旗下,主題與名稱相符,主打北京菜,菜單種類上難免有所局限。餐廳不大,裝修風格偏向古色古香,配上現代的元素點綴,典雅不庸俗。
服務不錯,上菜、收碟、添水都很勤快,即使當天來用餐的人數不少。
餐點方面,由於各人口味各有不同,不作詳述。(請參考附圖)
總括而言,本來是被這間餐廳最近與匯豐推出聯乘優惠吸引,並沒有抱太大期待,但結果整體令人滿意。

員工茶記態度,指你去張枱,唔夠座椅又唔主動單聲,要再出到聲問佢先加。
規定食個半鐘都算,張枱太細,起菜係將所有野半個鐘內塞爆你張枱,咁細張枱似快餐。
野食普通、整體安排差唔專業、員工禮貌尚可、裝修靚但張枱好細、價錢唔值。
假期仲要無得攞飛,要排隊攞籌/排隊入場,特登排咁耐俾啲咁嘅質素,中伏!
