To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 踏入社會後認識嘅第一位交心朋友,轉行後去左讀law,寒窗苦讀多年終於正式成為律師🧑🏻‍⚖️我地嘅慶祝飯揀左依間係中環嘅日本餐廳!假日夜晚semi buffet $780一位,三小時內無限量供應日式前菜、冷盤、刺身、卷物、炸物、燒物、溫物(每個種類都有三四款),仲有松葉蟹腳同宮崎和牛。主菜有五個選擇揀,最後仲有甜品platter。食物質素甚佳,同朋友傾得太開心,壽司卷物同燒物都好出色但冇影相🤣餐廳走中高檔路線,所以唔算多人,環境幽靜。雖然係放題但係係向侍應落單,令我同朋友仔相隔年幾冇見後可以專心傾計🥰餐廳提供兩個free flow alcohol選項,平啲個款$288已經可以任飲sake🍶🦀 松葉蟹腳 (𝟠/𝟙𝟘)新鮮但肉質比較瘦削,不過任食可以食多幾隻,以量取勝👍🏻🐮🍲 A4宮崎和牛壽喜燒小鍋 (𝟠.𝟝/𝟙𝟘)和牛油脂比例平均,半熟質感好鮮嫩,壽喜燒湯底調味得宜,唔會太咸。🍣 極上刺身四點:吞拿魚腩、吞拿魚中腩、吞拿魚、北海道牡丹蝦 (𝟠.𝟝/𝟙𝟘)主菜之一,刺身好新鮮肥美。🍄🥬🍲 日本舞茸野菜小鍋 (𝟠/𝟙𝟘)食到中後段食下菜好refreshing,舞茸野菜鮮甜。🌟 Follow @g
