雖然因為疫情暫時未有得去日本,但係原來喺香港嘅餐廳都可以搵到濃濃的日本風味~🇯🇵 shio_yakitori 呢間居酒屋餐廳主打新式日本菜,除咗平時有得食嘅魚生,串燒,壽喜燒之外,等我為大家推介幾款出面比較少有得食嘅菜式啦🤤1: 前菜 #酒盜芝士,呢度菜式令我幾驚喜,魚腸製成的酒盗,有濃郁嘅鹹香味,再加埋芝士,對於鍾意重口味嘅朋友簡直天衣無縫,呢個菜式因為味道濃郁,所以特別適合餸酒㗎~2: 魚肝醬伴吐司,魚肝醬濃郁而不油膩,而且口感creamy, 又不會太鹹,加上香脆的吐司,令人忍唔住一口接一口地吃下去😝,實在太邪惡了!🥹3: 紅豆鯛魚燒同 Wasabi雪糕,紅豆鯛魚燒,味道唔會太甜,而且外型可愛,啱晒打卡!至於Wasabi雪糕出面好少有,味道比我想像中容易接受,一食落去開始係濃郁嘅奶香味,之後辛辣嘅味道先慢慢滲出來,層次感豐富,絕對值得一試👍😊而且餐廳裝修有日本昭和時代復古嘅風格,大部份嘅卡位,都有日本色彩嘅燈籠打卡,去到簡直有置身於日本旅行嘅感覺,鍾意去日本旅行嘅朋友,不妨去呢間餐廳感受下氣氛,未去到日本,都可以望梅止渴先🤗
